Disconnecting & Taking out LT underground cable(aluminum conductor of size 25 to 70 sqmm any core from trenches, wall,etc., including cable covers, tubes, if any etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & Taking out LT underground cable(aluminum conductor of size 120-185 sqmm any core from trenches, wall, etc., including cable covers, tubes if any etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable, with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade of size 150 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole, wall and connecting with aluminum lugs and testing etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & laying XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable, with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole, wall and connecting with aluminum lugs and testing etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested (including CPRI type test certified) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 400 amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet 75mm x 30 mm thick MS Channel frame, duly powder coated finish. Front opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, danger plate and earthing terminal . The scope of work includes provision of pcc foundation and provision of the following :-Incoming

(a) MCCB 4 pole 200 Amps, 36 KA, 415V -02 Nos (b) Bus bar (copper strip) 400Amp, 4 pole, for in comp supply 01 No (c) digital panel meter including CTs -01 No. Outgoing (b) Isolator SPN 40 Amp 9/10 KA, 415 V 50 HZ - 02 Nos (c) MCCB 63 amp 4 Pole 16 KA, 415 V 50 Hz - 04 No. (d) MCCB 100 amp 4 Pole 25 KA, 415 V 50 Hz - 01 No. (e) Existing cable (For various Bldg supply cable of sizes ) connect with busbar properly with suitable size aluminum Lug ,glands etc.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation / fixing pole / laying cable and pipe line etc or for man hole etc getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using suitable excavated soft / loose soil all as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 50 m but n.exc 100 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground PVC cable including punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. (Note: for measurement purpose punned thickness of sand will be considered.)

Supply & laying ISI marked (conforming to IS - 5820 - 1970) unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV , Type I , flat size 250 mm X 150 mm X 40 mm in trenches as protection to LT UG cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay in repair Light Grade 80mm galvanised steel tubes for laying in trenches, under roads , PCC cover pits, chambers etc complete as directed.

Supply and lay in repair Light Grade 40mm galvanised steel tubes for laying in trenches, under roads , PCC cover pit chamber wall etc with connecting items complete as directed.

M&L for demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings etc n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub floors, sub bases, floors and pavings, etc.

Material and labour in replacement for provision of earthing complete with & including provision of galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to & including galvanised mild steel strip 24 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth strip protection including.....

.....all excavation, earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion. Note : (i)Earth result after installation completely should be less than 5 Ohm (ii)Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for galvanished earth strip of 24x4mm with protection pipe of 7.5 M length.

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB 100 Amp, Three Pole, breaking capacity 25 KA, 415 V - 50 Hz, with adjustable thermal and magnetic setting fixed in existing panel & connecting complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB 63 Amp, three Pole, breaking capacity 16 KA, 415 V - 50 Hz, fixed in existing panel & connecting complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB 200 Amp, 4 Pole, breaking capacity 36, 415 V - 50 Hz, with adjustable thermal and magnetic setting fixed in existing panel & connecting complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour in replacement for provision of earthing complete with & including provision of galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to galvanised earth lead 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth strip protection including.....
