Operation and Maintenance of Ground Lighting Facilities, Perimeter Road Lighting, Hight Mast Lighting in operational Area, Electrical & Mechanical Installations at Technical cum ATC Building, Fire Station, Medical Centre & Administrative offices, Switch Rooms, LT Panels, Lifts operation, and other electrical installations i/c CCR, DVOR, GP, Localizer, 2x120 KVA UPS,CISF Barrack, Water treatment plant, Pumps etc. involving operation, repair, maintenance, attending to complaints/fault/break downs and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the system, Preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as specified, on all days i/c Sundays and Holidays and providing 01 No.Computer Operator in general shift throughout contract period. (i) For 2 Year (24 Months)

Digging out the LT Cable trench for fault rectification by removing out the faulty cable upto 1.1KV grade and detection of fault and relaying the cable after rectification in the same trench with new sand cushioning and by using the same bricks as protective covering and refilling the trench complete as required.

Digging out the GLF Cable trench for fault rectification by removing out the faulty runway cable upto 5 KV grade and detection of fault and relaying the cable after rectification in the same trench with new sand cushioning and by using the same bricks as protective covering and refilling the trench complete as required.

Supplying & fixing HT straight through cable joint in runway light cable of 5 KV grade, copper conductor single core PVC insulated of sizes 16 Sqmm with cast resin compound including copper ferrulre and other jointing materials complete as per requirement.

Painting of Electrical Panels / Distribution boards / Equipments in position with Synthetic enamelled paint by spray/ brush painting in one or more coats including scraping, cleaning of surface painting of required nomenclature etc. as reqd.

Hiring of services of welder including welding machine (1 Job = 4 hours).

Testing/ servicing of CCR'S by OEM / authorized service agent of OEM / Specialized Agency. (Job does not include supply of spares) (1 Job = 1 visit).

Painting of Runway fittings, Taxiway fittings, Approach light fittings, and PAPI units with aviation yellow colour synthetic enamel painting of approved brand and manufacture with two or more coats using spary painting including dismantling, shifting of fitting to store and reinstalling after painting and numbering the fittings with black clour paint with letters size not less than 5cm etc complete as required.

Replacement of Vinyl Sticker sheet of Guidance signages in operational area suitable for Aviation signage boards.

Supply of 150W, 6.6A bi-pin halogen lamp with inbuilt holder suitable for Thorn Make Runway Edge Light 'El-EAH' & approach light 'El-AT' fittings (Similar to OSRAM catno.64361 HLX-Z 150 model : PK30D / Philips ) (Make- As per approved list)

Daily operation, maintenance, servicing, cleaning of Split ACs, Water Coolers, RO systems installations at Terminal building, Technical cum ATC Building, Fire Station, Medical Centre & Administrative offices, DVOR, Glide Path, Localizer, CISF Barrack etc. and other related areas by deploying 3 nos. skilled manpower as per special conditions of contract. (i) For 2 Years (24 Months)

Annual comprehensive maintenance of 1.5 TR / 2 TR capacity window / split type A/C units of different makes i/c replacement of defective compressor by same company compressor and defective components with original spares i/c repair & maintenance of voltage stabilizer etc as reqd. (i) For 1st Year (12 Months)

Annual comprehensive maintenance of 1.5 TR / 2 TR capacity window / split type A/C units of different makes i/c replacement of defective compressor by same company compressor and defective components with original spares i/c repair & maintenance of voltage stabilizer etc as reqd. (ii) For 2nd year (12 Months)

Dismantling and reinstallation, testing & commissioning of all type of Split/ tower/ cassette type of 1.5/2/3/3.5 TR AC's i/c refilling of refrigerant gas, fixing of existing suction, discharge & drain pipe including providing the foundation/angle iron frame etc as required.

SITC of refrigerant piping including insulation for suction & discharge line of 1.5/2.0/3.0/3.5 TR, split/cassette/tower type AC units & FR PVC insulated Cu conductor cable required for connection between indoor & outdoor units and protective covering.

Supply & fixing of 25mm Drain pipe from indoor unit of Air conditioner.

Supply & fixing of UPVC trunk of size 100 X 50mm size, 2mm thickness on surface (MK/precision make)

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of reverse Osmosis system of ION Exchange make (Zero B Commercial) of capacity 25 LPH i/c preventive maintenance as recommended by OEM and providing and replacement of all defective parts as and when required to maintain serviceability. ( For a period of 12 months) (i) For 1st Year (12 Months)

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of reverse Osmosis system of ION Exchange make (Zero B Commercial) of capacity 25 LPH i/c preventive maintenance as recommended by OEM and providing and replacement of all defective parts as and when required to maintain serviceability. ( For a period of 12 months) (ii) For 2nd year (12 Months)

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of reverse Osmosis system Model (Zero B Commercial & aquafresh) of capacity 50 LPH i/c preventive maintenance as recommended by OEM and providing and replacement of all defective parts as and when required to maintain serviceability.( For a period of 12 months) (i) For 1st Year (12 Months)

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of reverse Osmosis system Model (Zero B Commercial & aquafresh) of capacity 50 LPH i/c preventive maintenance as recommended by OEM and providing and replacement of all defective parts as and when required to maintain serviceability.( For a period of 12 months) (ii) For 2nd year (12 Months)

Testing of water samples collected from various areas of Dehradun Airport at Government approved loboratory and submission of analysis report.

DSR Items (%rate above or below) All items covered under CPWD, DSR electrical 2018 upto an amount of Rs. 2,12,100/-. (Including Operational area charges, Labour Cess etc.) Note: 1. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of any taxes, duties, Cess, fee, royalty charges etc. levied under any statute but exclusive of GST, PF, ESIC & Bonus. Goods & Services Tax (GST) shall be paid to the contractor for any taxable supply/ services/works against a valid tax invoice as per terms and conditions of the contract. 2. Being execution of work in operational area of airport, nos. of working hours might be restricted, accordingly contractor has to quote considering all these factors as per SCC. On this account, any claim for extra payment shall not be entertained.
