Part- I : Outsourcing of E/M Installations at ICGS KAKINADA

Out sourcing of services for Manning & Operation of E/M installations having two pole structure, substations, LT Panels, Power factor panels, GODs, Drop out fuse units and Water supply Pumps starters, distribution lines including under ground sumps etc. installed at ICGS Kakinada and addressing certain petty repairs/Complaints of minor E/M nature of the ICGS Kainada complex by manning in each shift of 08 hrs duration for three shifts daily by employing One Skilled Electrician in each shift. The following duties are to be performed by the tradesman in th ICGS complex :- (a) Pumping of water supply as per standard time schedule. (b) Monitoring of Electric Supply system. (c) Switching on/off security lights (d) Liasoning of state electricity Board and KMC for Electric and water supply (e) Area cleaning and surface dressing of the complex shall be carried out on monthly basis and record of the same shall be maintained. (c) Switching on/off security lights (e) Area cleaning and surface dressing of the complex shall be carried out on monthly basis and record of the same shall be maintained. Note for Item Nos. 1.01 & 1.02 : (a) T&P required such as spanner set, Wrench,Screw Driver Set, testing lamp,drilling machine,multimeter,tong tester, and megger etc. shall be provided by the contractor for maintenance and defects in the ICGS Complex. (b) The operators have to act quickly in case of any break down (c) Contractor shall maintain all related documents required in manning and operation :- (i) Duty Roaster (ii) Log sheet of each installation (iii) Electric Breakdown register (iv) Electric shutdown register (d) Contractor should maintain the periodical check of installations and record should be maintained & kept in custody with all concern . (e) Surface dressing /area cleaning including daily cleanliness of the complex to be monitered.

Part-II : Maintenance of E/M Installations

M & L for cleaning of UG Sump of 20,000 Litre capacity at ICGS Kakinada by pumping out the accumulated water at the bottom and removing the complete silt from the sump and depositing and levelling as directed and the cleaning the sump with bleaching powder and wire bursh after scrapping the walls and bottom of the sump completely without disturbing the water supply to the area including painting the details such as Sump Capacity, Date of cleaning and due date of cleaning on the sump wall and applying one coat of white wash to entire sump internally complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs MCCB 200 Amp capacity, 4-Pole, 415 Volt grade, rupturing capacity 35 kA, with fixed thermal and magnetic setting, including making incoming and outgoing connections using copper thimbles / lugs of appropriate size, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Legrand / L&T / Siemens / ABB/ Standard / Schnieder / Havells / C & S / Indo Asian.

S&F in repairs MCCB 100 Amp capacity, 4 Pole, 415 Volt grade, rupturing capacity 25 kA, with fixed thermal and magnetic setting, including making incoming and outgoing connections using copper thimbles / lugs of appropriate size, complete all as specified. Make : Legrand / L&T / Siemens / ABB/ Standard / Schnieder / Havells / C & S / Indo Asian.

S&F in repairs MCCB 63 Amp capacity, 4Pole, 415Volt grade, rupturing capacity 16kA, with fixed thermal and magnetic setting, including making incoming and outgoing connections using copper thimbles / lugs of appropriate size, complete all as specified. Make : Legrand / L&T / Siemens / ABB/ Standard / Schnieder / Havells / C & S / Indo Asian.

S & F of 11 KV Barrel Fuses 10 to 30 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Servicing of 200 KVA DG set as per OEM instructions, including oil changing, coolant changing, oil filters changing, V belt changing, fuel filters change, battery charging as required at site as directed by OEM, wiring, terminal contacts and safety controls, including replacement of spare parts as required and reassembling the sub assemblies after carrying out necessary repairs, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified ans as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs of Termination Cold Shrinkable type Cable Jointing Kit 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through joint Kit Outdoor type with Jointing Materials and accessories suitable for aluminium conductor cable of size 3 Core 95 to 120 Sqmm, including testing after jointing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs of Termination Cold Shrinkable type Cable Jointing Kit 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for End termination Indoor type with Jointing Materials and accessories suitable for aluminium conductor cable of size 3 Core 240 sqmm fixed in repair, including testing after jointing complete all as specified.
