Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) depth of potholes exc 30mm paving bitumen completed all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing black to surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broomy bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat of paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm.

M & L premix bituminous, macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 4% binder content by weight of total mix paving bitumen any penetration with VG-10.

Bituminous premixed semi- dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient all as specified and directed using paving bitumen of grading VG-10 laid with mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplers reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacutures instruction.

M & L for applying thermoplastic reflective paint as in road marking 2mm thick single coat as in center line or edge line road marking of 150mm width using HOT MARK thermoplastic paint (HOT APPLICATION) white by indigenous modem propelled road marking method as directed including all ingredients such as binder glass beads Titanium-dioxide calcium carbonate linter fillers thermoplastic requirements for gall beads shll be as per Table NO 8000-4 specification including spraying of galss beads instructions.
