Repair to pot holes any depth n. exc 1 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, water scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming ( incl supply of road metal ) complete all as Specified and directed

M&Lfor preparation of unsurfaced WBM by wire brushing for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all dirt and applying a priming coat of bitumen primer @ 10kg/10 Sqm of paving bitumen of grade VG-10 completed all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Premix bituminous paving bitumen any penetration , macadam, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated thickness 75 mm) and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L of preparation of existing black top surfaces by wire brushing for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all dirt and applying a priming coat of bitumen primer @5 kg/10 sqm of paving bitumen of grade VG-10 completed all as specified and directed..

Material and Labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness by using mechanical pavers with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) as in semi dense asphaltic concrete rolled and compacted to required camber & gradients with 8 to 12 tones power road roller to a uniform smooth surfaces completed all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for preparing of black top road surface removing dust ,dirt grease and other foreign maerials etc to receive the marking and applying one coat of retro reflective thermoplastic road making paint (whiteor yellow shade ) not less than 2.5 mm thick in lines, arrow,dashes and letter exceeding 10cm in with applied hot using application unit and retro reflective glass beads,@250 to 300 gm/sqm to with stand vehicular traffic load, material shall be conforming to BS-3262(part-I) 1989 read in conjunction with the MOST (Ministry of Surface Transport) specification ,8034 vol-III as laid down in the specification for road and bright work third revision etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including with embedding in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate (size of block 150x150x300mm) with excavation of post holes ,complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete1:2:4 type B-1, (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in road/pavements,ramps,berms, coping, bed block , water trought and similar works including rounding, chamfered and throating including necessary form work ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size coforming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 80 mm thick using rubber moulded casting with glosy finish with grey cement and pigment M-40grade of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 75mm thick, compacted thickness (Granite,trap,basalt) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating over areas in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed .
