Rates for running operation of Medical Gas Pipeline System at Shri Lal Bhadur Govt Medical college& Hospital Nerchowk in Distt Mandi (HP) : Testing clean and calibration and carrying out minor repair on the spot to inspect the installation described in the schedule here to and rectify any defect to carry out a pressure drop test of the pipeline of the said installation and rectify leakage All spares lubricant , consumable. Manifold capacity :-Cylinder bank 20+20 ,Backup 20, fully-Automatic change over control Panel with alarmfor02,Emergency supply system for 02/N20, Duplex vacuum supply system, Medical Dry compressed air system, Bed head wall panel ,Ceiling suspension system for O.T Rigid Fizzed pendant (SS),Accessories-suction, Anaesthetic Gas Scavenging System (AGSS) ,Area valve service unit (AVSU),Nitrous oxide, PSA Plant 1000LPM etc in all respect : should be inclusive of wages of staff involved in running the gas plant 24*7, statutory obligation like EPF, ESI charges, Weekly holiday etc.

Manpower provided will do the following functions:

Inspection of the system and preventive maintenance 24 hour.

Cleaning and restoration of possibly choked lines in vacume lines should be inspected around the clock.

Imported and indigenous pendants 12-15 nos should be require servicing or repair.

Technical advice / consultancy regarding better up keeping, efficient and economic utilization of pipeline plant services will also be a part of running operation.

Work to be done / discharged by the manpower to be deployed by the firm/individual will be to oversee/supervise the running of machineries & equipment's installed in the manifold, compressor & Suction room, to attend the complaints from all wards of SLBSGMC & Hospital Mandi at Nerchowk, fitting and removing of oxygen cylinders in the manifold, handling & lifting of oxygen cylinders in the manifold and other work related to oxygen & suction supply in the hospital assigned by the authority.

maintenance should include (a) testing, cleaning and calibration of the pipe line equipmentand carrying out minor repair in the spot.

Major repair and replacement of components intended to be charged extra will have to be done after prior approval of the administration, failing which bill for such repairs will not be paid.

If company is required to attend to our equipment / installation in between scheduled service within 30 days from the date of last service, no charges for such visits will be paid.

The company will be resposible for keeping the plant and central gas pipeline in good running condition throughout the contract period.

The requisite manpower must be put on duty round the clock i.e. 24 x 7 a week i.e. Three shifts morning, evening and night.

That in event of any loss to these hospitals/socity by the workers of the tenderer the amount will be recovered from the manpower monthly bill.

In event of any injury or mishap or illness of any workers the Executive Engineer Electrical HPPWD Mandi do not take any liability for payment of any compensation.

That the contractor shall be responsible for fulfilling all his obligations towards the person deployed under law namely under the Minimum Wages Act, ESI Act, EPF Act, Bonus Act, Maternity Benefits Act, Shops and Establishment Act etc. As applicable and amended from time to time. The contractor shall be resposible for the deposite of employee's and employer's of statutorycontribution to the EPF/ELDI/ESI with the concerned department /authorities at his own level and maintenance of such record as per rules.

Round the clock guidance to hospital staff for changing the cylinder’s and checking the connections made.

Manpower to be employed in Plant

1. One person with a degree in engineering from a reputed institute and work experience in similar line for at least 6 Months

2. Other persons to be employed should either be degree holder or ITI diploma holders and work experience of minimum of 6 Months in similar line.

3. The firm must ensure that a trained person is always available in the plant room 365 days 24/7.

4.Total minimum of 4 persons to be imployed in the plant and the firm must ensure that if extra manpower is to be employed same must be done by the company at no extra cost.
