S/R to SKPM Road to Lujuramunda _Road for the year 2026-27

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass,bushes,shrubs,saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 mtrs including removal & disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including all labour, T & P, Cess, articles required for the work etc complete and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC Grade-III 53 mm to 22.40mm to WBM specification compacting to 75mm including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing roling with three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming requisite type of screeming/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoRST&H specification for Road and Bridge work (4th Revision) including cost of all materials, labour conveyance, Cess etc compelte as per direction of EIC

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying @ 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.30 Kg per Sqm on the prepared WBM/WMM surface and cleaned with mechnial broom as per technical specification Clause 503 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.20 Kg per Sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface and cleaned with mechnial broom as per technical specification Clause 503 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying for surface dressing with 12Kg. Penetration grade of bitumen and 0.15 cum of 19mm nominal size chips per 10 sm and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and including cost and conveyance of chips etc complete in all respect as per technical specification & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 25mm thick of semi dense bituminous concrete of 13.2mm to 5.6mm crusher stone chipping and with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specification for road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with cost,conveyance, royality including cost of all labour,T & P articles including cost, conveyance, royality, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges, Cess, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow ptis with all lead and lifts transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5Kms spreading,grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirements of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MOSRT & H specification including royalty charges and cost of all materials labour charges,machineries, T & P cess etc required for the work complete as per direction of E.I.C

Maintenance of 200 metre, km stone & 5th Km Stone by way of refixing of tilted stones repairing with cement mortar, cleaning, repairing and lettering on 200 metre km stone and 5th km stone as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1912 of MoRD & direction of Engineer in charge

Maintenance of road signs by way of cleaning and repainting of mandatory / requlatory / cautionary / informatory and place identifications sign board as perdrawings and technical specification Clause 1910 of MoRD & direction of Engineer-in-charge.
