Supply, install testing & commissioning of elctrically operated goods lift of carrying capacity 1500 Kgs , 0.50 metre/sec speed with single speed motor, 3 phase , 50 Hz, 415 Volts AC, confirming to IS 14665 and as amended suitable to serve upto 2 floors (G + 1 floors) with AC variable voltage & frequency drive (AC VVVF) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/ without attendant, centre opeining doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infrared sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (03 Nos, one each in car, Machine room & near Ground floor landing door) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of comprehensive/periodical maintenance of Lifts including spare parts during defect liability period is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the lift item under respective Phase.

Note for comprehensive maintenance:- (i) Comprehensive maintenance consists of preventive and breakdown services including replacement of material and labour for major/minor spare parts & consumables like topping of gear oils/grease/door rollers/relays/door belts/gate lock contacts and hardware like bolts and nuts including load testing of lift for satisfactory performance once in a year complete and rate quoted by the tenderer includes for the above lifts. (ii) Preventive maintenance consists of carrying out routine check by skilled personal as specified in particular specification and as recommended by Engineer-in-charge and lubrication to all moving parts, topping up of oils as per lubrication chart including materials and labour for all consumable and major/minor spare parts. (iii) Breakdown maintenance consists of attending to the faults that may occur and carrying out necessary repairs to electrical and control circuits and mechanical components of the lift that may occur during the operation.

(iv) Fortnightly, quarterly maintenance registers shall be maintained and signed by site engineer and contractor. (v) Load testing shall be arranged by the contractor to the lift for whose repairs were carried out as when directed by Engr-in-charge. (vi) All maintenance works shall carried out by well qualified tradesmen and supervisor of OEM. (vii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included the above aspects and for consumables such as timely topping up/replacement of gear oils, acrylic covers, fuses, copper cables, hardware like bolts, nuts, emery papers, grease, waste cotton, stationary and other miscellaneous items and all minor & major parts. (viii) The contractor shall submit the MOU with the OEM for carrying out comprehensive maintenance of lift at least 6 months prior to the date of completion of work.
