5.7.2.1. 7.10.1. Providing and fixing, in position suspended false ceiling using E-Grid (exposed ceiling suspension 2430 system) of grid size 600mm X 600mm/1200mm X 600mm with main runner 38 X 24mm cross tee 29mm & wall angle 24mm X 24mm etc. (A) Standard Ceiling of Everest make or equivalent as directed by the department (ii) Using 6mm thick F.C. board Ground floor & 1st floor

13.2.2. (C ) Applying one coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface after through brushing the surface free from mortar droppings…..etc. complete.

13.2.3. (a) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after thoroughly brooming the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.
