Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins ,arches,pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for old size Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in, built in Cement morter (1:4), complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces finsihed even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with water proofing compound , complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surface and appplying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out loose/soft soil complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning , filling in soil (any type) incl spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick c complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factorymade chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparh, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patternover and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any postion complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggs) as in in sub base complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (12.5 mm graded stone aggs) as in coping, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured ) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of posts or struts of RCC any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion, (posts embedded in concrete or in hard core) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth, watering and removing surplus soil not exc 50 m in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2( 40 mm graded crushed stone aggs) as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars, posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape and directed , drilled holes, notching for wire etc , mild steel angle, flat iron fillets for secruiring chain link /wire mesh including all necessary drilling. bolting or riveting etc , conforming to fe-290, Gde E-165, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. incl provision of binding wire. complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link fencing wire made upto into matresses complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. (weight will be measuredat site through a BOO convened by the Accepting Officer.)

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5cm long dia of neck 11-15 mm complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&FMild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips , Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer on surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
