Bed Hard Steel : (Drg No. FD/E6/MAP/08/(R)/ TP)

(i) Removing the old unserviceable ply from Bed hard steel Iron and S&F new ply wood 1980x850x12mm thick, BWP make (Century/Kitply/Green ply) and grade ISI marked as approved by GE, fix with mild steel galvonized iron nuts and botls of 6mm dia and PVC edging (25x25mm) shall be placed around the ply complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Replacment of u/s hard rubber shoe of best quality as approved .

(iii) Removing the old unserviceable pre-laminated particle board from head rest of bed hard steel and S&F the new MDF pre-laminated board of exterior grade of size 630x200x18mm with PVC edging of size 25x25mm around the board.

(iv) Removing the old unserviceable pre-laminated particle board from foot rest of bed hard steel and S&F the new MDF pre-laminated board of extterior grade of size 630x280x18mm with PVC edging of size 25x25mm around the board.

Provide additional 4 nos stiffiner in each bed hard (Trade pattern) , properly bended to 'L' shape of size 1000x25x4mm thick and welded to bottom side of bed hard to support the long rail& head/foot rest. Rest all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(v) Cleaning the all steel surfaces by using various type abrasive cloth emery and applying two coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint (Black) over a coat of red oxide primer up to a glossy finish complete.

(vi) Removing of dents& bends then welding wherever required . Rest all as per directed by Engr-in-charge.

CHAIR SCHOOL W/HAND BOARD : (Drg No. FD-E6/MAP/05)

(a) Replacement of old u/s hand board and S&F new hand board made of 18 mm thick both side prelaminated teak faced MDF board of size 300x585mm with PVC edging all round the top & fixed with suitable screws complete.

(b) Replacement of unserviceable & deficient 20mm dia MS rod welded to 25mm dia MS rod duly two coats of synthetic enamel paint 1st grade over a coat of red oxide primer to fix the hand board complete.

(c ) Removing one piece of PVC seat & back from Chair school with hand board and S&F a new PVC seat & back ISI Marked.Make: Nilkamal/ Cello/ Italica.

(d) Replacement of unserviceable rubber shoes as per existing one.

(e) Cleaning all steel surfaces thoroughly by using abrasive cloth emery of various sizes and apply putty as required and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint 1st grade over a coat of red oxide primer of required shade as approved by the spray painting to all steel surfaces up to a glossy finished shade as directed.

(f) Removing the dents , bends and welding wherever required , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

BED HARD PLY TOP :(Drg No. FD-246)

(a) Replacement of unserviceable ply wood both sides of head rest with 3.5 to 4 mm thick ply wood one side teak faced matching with the shade of existed of ply The ply wood shall be confirming to ISI as approved, 12 mm thick half cut TW beading including provision for MNF set with brass screw round head 25 mm long to be provided.

(b) All as per item no 3.01 above but foot rest.

(c ) Replacement of unserviceable long rail with 1st class well seasoned H/W Teak/ Shisham wood of required shape & size as per drawing.

(d) Taking down the existing unserviceable broken legs of head/foot rest and S&F new legs of Ist class hard wood teak/ shisham wood.

(e ) Taking down the existing unserviceable head rest (including legs) of Bed Hard and S&F new head rest complete made of Ist class shisham wood.

(f) All as per item no 3.05 above but foot rest.

(g) Taking down existing unserviceable ply top from the Bed Hard and S&F new BWP Make (Century/Kitply/Green ply) and grade ISI marked plywood top as approved by GE, suitable to the bed, 12 mm thick. Rest all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(h) Replacement of unserviceable stiffener made of 1st class hard wood (SAL) of size 40 x 60 mm of required size/length.

(j) Tightening of complete bed hard with the support of bamboo pins , bracket and fevicol as per trade practice. Rest all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(j) Preparation of surfaces of Bed hard bying and removing of old polished surface by using fine sand paper, Grinder ,abbressive cloth emery paper and preparation of surfaces by applying one sealer coat and making the surface plain by scraping with fine sand paper and polishing two coats of melamine polish Melamine polish (Make: Asian/Nerolac /Jivanjor) glossy finish with spray machine after preparation of surface applying filler/shellac etc. as approved and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Scraping and removing of old polished surface by using fine sand paper, Grinder ,abbressive cloth emery paper and preparation of surfaces by applying one sealer coat and making the surface plain by scraping with fine sand paper and polishing two coats of melamine polish (charcoal) on exposed surface to achieve high class finish as per existing shade, complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge for the following wooden furniture items :-.

Bed hard double bed (TP)

Chair Dining cushioned with high back (TP)

Chair writing cushioned/ Chair multipurpose cushioned (TP)

Rack shoe with closed shutter (TP)

Side board multipurpose (TP)

M&L for replacement of unserviceable glass top(12 mm thick) of following items all as specified and shown on drawings. All fixing and finishing etc shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship, drawings and as directed. The glass shall be cut as per directed by Engr-in- charge.

Removing u/s hard rubber shoes and S&F new hard rubber shoes rest as per existing shape & size and drg.

L-shape SS angel bracket (size 1.5"x1.5") having 4 nos of holes screwed with each leg of chair dining as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Tightening of complete frame with the support of bamboo pins and fevicol as per trade practice. Rest all as specified and directed and Preparation of surfaces of chair dining bying and removing of old polished surface by using fine sand paper, Grinder ,abbressive cloth emery paper and preparation of surfaces by applying one sealer coat and making the surface plain by scraping with fine sand paper and polishing two coats of melamine polish Melamine polish (Make: Asian/Nerolac /Jivanjor) glossy finish with spray machine after preparation of surface applying filler/shellac etc. as approved and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F new frame of Chaie dining containing 04 rear and front legs, 02 front and rear rail, 02 side rail, 04 Verticle strip, 01 top rail back side with leg stiffener.
