Scope of work:- The scope and nature of services to be provided by the contractor shall include scheduled preventive maintenance services which cover periodic and break down servicing, along with replacement of defective spare parts, including compressor, other consumables, and shifting the Airconditioners in temple premises including transportation if required during the contract period. The rate quoted for services shall also include the charges for routine maintenance service. * The contractor shall provide services of an expert Mechanic & helper having knowledge and experience on the Checking and servicing of the AC units in all temple opening days. Other days the time for rectification of defect shall not exceed 12-16 hours in any case. *The history sheet of servicing/ break down repairing of each and every unit shall be maintained and submitted to the Assistant Engineer after every month
