Supply, laying and testing cable, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, armoured, electric power cables, of cross section area 95 Sq. mm 3 core, with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed) grade, laid in trenches/drawn through pipe/ poles or laid under road/drains/path complete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old U/S UG HT cable 95 Sq mm 3 Core carefully complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable in replacement for indoor end termination heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 120 Sq mm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable in replacement for outdoor heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 120 Sq mm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of 11 KV, 630 Amp load break switch with 200 Amp DO set and earth switch complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel pipe electrod, 40 mm bore medium grade, 2.5 m length, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 mtrs below ground level connected with earthing lead of 25x4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel strip all as shown in plate No 2 by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel besides welding of all joints as shown in drawing and including excavation and earth work, test point of galvanised iron/steel of size 75x75x25 mm, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B-I using 20 mm stone aggregate for chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3 mm and RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type BI using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, round, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering and connected to earth test point incl testing complete all as specified and directed.

(a) 16 Sq mm 4 Core

(b) 35 Sq mm 3.5 Core

(c) 50 Sq mm 3.5 Core

(d) 120 Sq mm 3.5 Core

(e) 150 Sq mm 3.5 Core

M & L (in replacement) for laying of GI pipe medium grade of 50 mm bore dia, in trenches/under road crossing / fixed on pole/ wall/ unde floor including suitable mild steel FI clamps of required size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L (in replacement) for laying of GI pipe medium grade of 80 mm bore dia, in trenches/under road crossing / fixed on pole/ wall/ unde floor including suitable mild steel FI clamps of required size complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.50 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M deep and getting out for taking out /laying cable, poles and stay etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil after the cable have been laid tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8 CM thick before laying of cables and 15CM thick after laying and stretching of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

M&L for Brick, sub class ‘B’, old size, laid in trenches as in cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of old burnt out MCCB from panel/DB etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for MCCB 40 Amp, 16 KA, 4 Pole, 415 V complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for MCCB 100 Amp, 16 KA, 4 Pole, 415 V complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for MCCB 125 Amp, 16 KA, 4 Pole, 415 V complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for MCCB 200 Amp, 36 KA, 4 Pole, 415 V complete all as specified and directed.
