Material and labour for treatment consisting of a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per square metre, thereafter provision of tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20kg per square metre and layer of APP based modified prefabricated five layers polymeric membrane minium 3mm thick, weighing not less than 3.6kg/sqm, black, finished, reinforced with non woven polyster matt fabric (weighing not less than 150gram/sqm) with side and end laps applied over roofs complete all as specified and directed. Note :- i)The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 5 years. However reserved will be in encased and defects will be got rectified at contractor’s risk and cost. Contractor’s quoted rate for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect. contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defects pointed out during this period in writing, the amount kept reserved shall be encashed and defects shall be got recctified at contractor's risk and cost.

Material and labour for 40mm thick brick tiles bedded and jointed on 15mm thick cement screed 1:6 and jointed grouted flush in cement mortor 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.
