REPAIRS TO FALSE CEILING SUNKEN FLOOR ROOF TREATMENTS AND OTHER BR WORKS AT AT ZONE II III AT LANSDOWNE

Supply & Fixied in repair ,tiled false ceiling of Everest tile (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gsm, both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32 mm made from 0.30mm thick sheet, spaced at 1200 mm c/c and cross "T" of size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 15x20x0.40 mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including , required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanized Butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T -sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint and black painted groove at center of size 4mm depth and 4.5mm width,including making good all the disturbed portion with existing surface with necesary arrangemnets of scaffolding all complete at all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of existing roof treatment i.e APP membrane, and open up RCC roof slab including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance , scales, oil or any other loose material complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey . The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding,safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items .

M & L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) mixed with SBR Latex liquid polymer as water proofing compound ((mixed as per manufacture instructions & will be paid under relivent item of Sch A)) over and incl one coat of cement slurry admixed with acrylic bonding compound SBR Latex liquid polymer as to be used for bonding of new concrete/ mortar to old surface as per manufacturer direction and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) as in roof padding / sunken floor to receive water proof treatment complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey . The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding,safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items .

M & L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrance Note : 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only and 10 year company back warranty to be submitted by contractor 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick PCC Type B-0, 1:2:4, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor mixed with mixed with SBR Latex liquid polymer(mixed as per manufacture instructions & will be paid under relivent item of Sch A).Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

Providing and application two coat of acrylic polymer modified cementitious flexible waterproof coating on horizontal and vertical surface of sunken floor after base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flaky materials. The coatings shall be applied at intervals and as per the manufacturer’s specifications and approved by Engineer in Charge . Note : Ponding test after water proofing coating willl be done for 48 Hrs .

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on floor and wall surface of sunken portion with polymer modified repair mortar mixed with SBR Latex liquid polymer (mixed as per manufacture instructions & will be paid under relivent item of Sch A).Complete all as specified and directed

Supply only polymer compound for water proofing liquid (ISI Marked) Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 40 mm dia GI pipe spout projecting at least 300 mm beyond outer face of wall or as per direction of Engr-in-charge

M & L Non skid light colour ceramic tiles of any design and pattern 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6. finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/tiles etc complete all as specified and directed. Tiles shall be conforming to IS-15622-2006, Group B II with average water absorption between 3% to 6% length, width and strightness of sides +0.10% (Max deviation). thickness + 5.0% (Max deviation). Centre & edge curvature and warpage +0.50% (Max deviation). breaking strength 1000N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. Note :- Shade of the tiles including colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE (I)

S & F glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mmx300mmx 8 to 9mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622-2017, Group B III with average water absorption between 10% to 15% length, width and strightness of sides +0.20% (Max deviation) Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation) straightness of sides and rectangularity +0.15% (Max deviation) surface flatness +0.22% (max deviation). Breaking strength 500 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. Note :- Shade of the tiles including colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE (I)

Demolition of lime/cement concrete (unreinforced) in floors and paving n. exc 15cm thick above ground floor (sunken floor) including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laittance, scales oil, or any other loose material and removing the demolished material outside the MOD land. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lean concrete 1:5:10 type E-2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.Complete all as specified and directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes AC/PVC 75/100mm bore alongwith fittings and accessories, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of wall, floor and trenches if required .complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two coats i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 5 mm thick CM 1:3 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling /chajja's finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified. (Make :-Super snowcem/Duracem/Asian pigments/Accrocem)
