Providing the services of Manpower such as Group-D employees to the Mangalore University Campus, Constituent Colleges in Mangalore University

The prospective Bidder/ agency/Firm should have successfully carried out Manpower supply services in any govt/private organization/establishment in Karnataka for not less than 150 persons/ users on a normal working year in a single unit for a continuous period of two years during the last Five years.

Bidder should have similar work experience is Similar work with Universities or Government Institutions not less than 150 security personals. Scanned copies of the completion certificate of above 3 Crore value to be enclosed

Application should be accompanied by copies of Income Tax and GST Returns for the last 5 years i.e., 2020-21, to 2024-25. Copy of the PAN card should also be attached.

The annual turnover of the Bidder should not be less than Rs. 5.00 crores p.a. in any 3 years of the preceding 5 years F. Y-20-21, 2021-2022,2022-23,2023-24, 2024-25 during these years organization should Have profit balance sheet. The audited balance-sheet and turnover certificate certified by a Chartered Accountant

The Bidder firm should have been in existence for at least 6 years.

Bidder should preferably have necessary statutory permission pertaining to labour Laws. If incorporated elsewhere, should have necessary permission/license to operate in Karnataka. The firm may be single proprietor / partnership / Registered Company.

Applications should be accompanied by the copies of Registration certificates of the establishment under Department of Labour, Govt.of Karnataka, Income Tax, GST, Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance, Professional Tax, ISO 9001, Private Security License issued by the Department Of Police consider the acknowledgement letter submitted for the renewal of private Security License in case of lapse in the license/ applied for renewal, proof of Training arrangements for the Security Guard with approved authority, proof of Guard registered under samrakshan under PSAR at and any other statutory requirements, required by law from time to time with latest renewals. The Bidder shall produce no due certificate regarding payment of contribution to ESI/EPF department and GST

Bidder should have Minimum 200 no of persons in their role for which document of P.F/ESIC of last 6 months is to be submitted

Application should be accompanied by copies of the latest returns/challans of EPF, ESI, and PT.

Bidder should Attach Copy of PF, ESI, GST, PAN, PT Registration

Bidder should have ISO Certificate. ISO 9001:2015/ ISO 9001:2015 Plus SA 8000/ ISO 9001:2008 Plus SA 8000

No dues certificate from Income Tax

No dues certificate from ESIC and EPFO
