Rendering 10+5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls in two layers, in cement mortar 1:4 , rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement (up to 2nd storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Rendering cement plaster, 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified.

Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface ceilings, in cement mortar 1:3 , rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified. Note :- Work will be carried out upto 2nd storey of bldgs also as per pirection of Engr-in-charge including necessary formwok and scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, all as specified .

M&L For Brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks (old size bricks),straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:6 as in brick edging.

All as per srl item No. 3 above but except bricks.

M&L for repairing of concrete surfaces such as balcony, chajjas, upward or downward facias ,column, pillar, ceiling and similar items with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 including minimum reinforcement or rendering 10-15mm thick as per site requirement in CM 1:3 without using extra cement finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed (Up to second storey bldgs and including necessory formwork and scaffolding and provision of minimum reinforcement required as per site condition also taking down or dismantling as required at site).

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and like , including demolition of Reinfored cement concrete of any description and in any position and removing the rubbish from the work site out side defence permises complete all as specified an as directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work;not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) (for kitchen slab, etc) complete all as specified and as directed.
