REPAIR MAINT OF EM INSTALLATION STREET LIGHTS LIGHTING CONDUCTOR AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT SUNDERBANI UNDER GE N AKHNOOR

Taking down old unsv roof treatment including PCC padding if any, plastering, removing existing bitumen felt treatment including brushing, cleaning top surface of roof slab, brooming etc incl disposing off debris from MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of roof and similar items, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

Roof treatment :- Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet as under :- (a) 1st Course : Apply a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384@ 0.40 Kg /Sqm on prepared surface of plaster and after drying of primer. (b) 2nd Course : Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS-702 at rate of 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (c) 3rd Course : APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane, 5 layered, 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap, membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat, all joints. (d) 4th Course : Apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm over membrane and dusted with dry sand @ 0.50 to 1 Kg/sqm. (i) On Non-accesible roof : After providing (a) to (c) provide aluminium paint as per manufacturer instructions to be measured separately. (ii) Coved fillet in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of required radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and vertical surface such as parapet wall/mumty around opening and treatment mentioned above shall be applied followed by a cement plaster 20mm thick in cement mortar(1:6). Note : (i) Roof treatment work shall be carried out through approved manufacturers only or through their authorised personal only.

Preparation of new or unplastered surface of concrete not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of aluminium paint over roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames of door/ window with shutters (Without taking off shutter from the frame) exc 1.50 m and n.exc 4.00 Sqm each and removing from site all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames of door/ window with shutters (Without taking off shutter from the frame) nexc 1.50 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in filling of pressed steel frame/ hold fast including 50mm parapet coping including use and waste of necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Factory made Pressed steel frames of size 125x60mm made out of PBI sheet 1.25 mm thick for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinge,lock strike plate etc.complete including bottom of each chowkat to be welded with 01 Nos 25x3mm thick flat iron projecting 10cm on either side & tarring back of chowkats and holdfasts with, complete all as specified and as directed.

Factory made Pressed steel frames of size 105x60mm made out of PBI sheet 1.25 mm thick for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinge,lock strike plate etc.complete including bottom of each chowkat to be welded with 02 Nos 25x25x3mm thick angle iron projecting 10cm on either side & tarring back of chowkats and holdfasts with, complete all as specified & directed.

Solid PVC Door/ Almirah/Kitchen/Cupboard frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing.
