S&F in repair for 1.5mm thick PVC tile/ sheets laminated plain coloured marble mosaic or molted finish laid with rubber based adhesive in floors and skirtings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

S & F in repair for wooden coloured interlocking tiles 1215 X 168 X 8 mm thick rectangular in floor/ dado laid over existing floor with foam sheet of approved best quality including joint/ polished end covering strip, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded aggregate 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement with pigment and cut and polished including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 60mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, fixed with grey cement and no pigment including 25mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with tiles colour, including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement concrete 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles colour, including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement concrete 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for prepolished machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and icluding 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement concrete 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) for laying tiles, complete all as specified and :directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1 : 4 on any faces of stone masonry or concrete block surfaces,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

M & L for rendering 12 mm thick in CM 1 : 6 on any faces of stone masonry or concrete block surfaces,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper on walls on newly plastered surfaces over 1 mm thickness plaster of paris putty including preparation of surfaces by brooming or by steel wire brushing, complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash down water closet (EWC)(Pedestal pattern) white including Pedestal pan and trap, connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc. with complete necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) with Pedestal pan and trap, including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT Nuts of length 450mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge.
