S.I.T.C. of 70KW Electric Cremation system (after dismantling the old existing Electric Cremation system)-(1) FURNACE CHAMBER -Electrical Mild Steel built automated cremation ,designed to bear high temperature and properly insulated to conserve heat loss, Material of construction-Mild Steel insulated with 70 percent allumina refractory bricks,Temperature-Total capacity of chamber 54 KW, Chamber temperature-( primary chamber --600 C to 800 C ,secondary chamber --850 C to 900 C, (2)ASH COLLECTION -The burnt ash for "Asthi Puja" is removed with the help of a scrapper from the ash chamber provided beaneath the primary combusion chamber, Space Required for Furnace-10x27 feet, Room size recommended -50x50x20 feet(LXBXH) (3) Fans and Motor-Induced draft fan-1 no. capacity-5HP ,Force draft injection fan-1 no., capacity 2 HP ,Water re-circuation water pump -1no, capacity-2 HP (4)SCRUBBER and MIST ELIMNATOR (5) TROLLEY ARRANGEMENTS etc. (4)CONTROL PANEL -the furnace control panel will be floor mounted ,self supporting indoor type ,dust and vermin proof ,fabrication from sheet metal work of 2.5 thick MS sheet with hinged cover with locking arrangement.the top ,bottom and the rear door will be made of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet .the panel will be painted 2 coats of red oxide as primer and final by synthethic light grey shade as per IS-631 (2400 x 1200 x750mm) ,floor mounted ,M.S. structure and plate with Indicating Lamps, Contractor, relay /timers with safety and power saving devices,power meter ,HRC fuses,controller, etc neatly wired and ferruled enabling servicing by local electrican. Incoming supply -200 amp /415volt ,25 KA MCCB -1no. Outgoing-(i)63 amp/415 volt ,16 kA MCCB - 2 no(ii)32 amp/415 volt 25KA MCCB -4 nos(iii)63amp ,2 nos power contactor of coil voltage 240 volt AC having 2 NC+2 NC auxillary contacts (iv) 1 no. starter control unit with power contactor with suitable thermal O/L relay for the fresh air motor with control push button. Rate should be inclusive of dismantling of old existing Cremation system and Comprehensive Maintenance of Entire Cremation System for 2 years.

S/L of Aluminium armoured cable of size 185 sqmm 3.5 core,1.1 KV grade cable from main LT/HT panel to furnace control panel through cable trench /wall surface,fixing M.S. saddles with earthing attachment in 2 nos ,10 SWG ,G.I. wire making holes etc as neccassary ,including double compression glanding and termination.

Supply of materials and construction of M25 RCC Chimney foundation with rafting including fitment of chimney bolts,cement,iron rods,dust,bricks.,sand ,gravel etc as required and complete in all respects
