REPAIR/ MAINT OF WINTER APPLIANCES (GEYSERS, STORAGE AND WATER HEATER) UNDER GE (ARMY) No.1 JODHPUR

M&L for attending daily complaints in repairs and maintenance of geysers, Solar water heater of any capacity/ any make, lodged by the users complete to make serviceable condition with skilled electrician for (Geyser & Solar Water Heater) including disconnecting electric and water connection of the geyser, taking down from its position on ground, dismantling geyser complete such as removing tank from its outer body , removing apparatus plate from the tank, descaling the geyser inner tank and apparatus plate complete, testing thermostate, element , and tank from leakage, reassembling the geyser, replacement of unserviceable parts such as heating element, thermostat, indication lamp, plug top , three core wire, rubber gasket, inner tank, split plate, outer bottom cover, apparatus plate if required (Spares parts will be measured and paid under relevant item of the Sch. "A" as a supply only) testing the geyser and installation of the geyser into its existing position and connecting all electric and water supply connection complete all as directed.

Taking down of defective geyser of any capacity from site transportation to E/M store yard for repair, strip opening for complete overhauling and ascertaining the repair/replacement (spare part shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch. "A" as supply only) & re-assembling the geyser after repair/replacement and including connect with existing electric & water connection, testing,refixing at site, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of electric and water supply connection of geyser for supply and replacement of brass chromium in-door assembly(shyphon assy) 6/9 hole for 50 Ltrs Geyser including connect with existing connections and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of electric and water supply connection of geyser for supply and replacement of brass chromium in-door assembly(shyphon assy) 6/9 hole for 25 Ltrs Geyser including connect with existing connections and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 15 mm bore, GI tubing medium grade, galvanized, with all fittings fixed to wall, ceilings or laid in floors including cutting chases, pinning in and making good distrubed surface to match with existing surface and finish, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of bib cock with flange 15mm dia, chromium plated, cast copper alloy, fancy type, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of angular stop cock with wall flange, chromium plated, cast copper alloy, fancy type 15mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of PVC connection heavy duty, nylon braided, suitable for hot water, with brass alloy chromium plated nuts and nylon washers, of size15mm bore and 450 mms long, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl item No 8.00 here in-above but 600mm long.

S&F in replacement of single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin earth industrial plug and socket with one MCB SP 20 Amps, 'C' curve, complete all as specified and as directed.
