Second class half brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level in all floors up to all heights and levels in cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto Four sand) as per HP.PWD specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing angle iron door, window, clerestory window frames manufactured from M.S. angle iron section of 50x50x6 mm ( Fifty into Fifty into Six milimeter) thick including hinges, jambs, lock jambs, beed and if required angle threshold of M.S.angle 50x25 mm ( Fifty into twenty five mimiliter) thikness welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means, lugs with split end tails to Each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm ( Two point five milimeter) thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface as directed by the Engineer-in -charge, and as per HP.PWD. Providing and fixing steel glazed windows and ventilators single leaf of rolled steel sections, joints mitred and welded with 16x3.15mm ( Sixteen into Three point Fifteen milimeter) lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10cm ( Fifteen into Ten into Ten centimeter) size of 1 : 3 : 6 ( One cement : three Sand Six graded crused stone aggregate 20mm ( Twenty milimeter) nominal size or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plug with screw or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts and Z section styles as required and iron fittings including providing and fixing of glass panes 4 mm ( Four milimeter) thick with glazing clips and special metal sesh putty of approved make complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint as per HP.PWD. Specification 1990 volume-I, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm. ( Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. So as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs (Four metre) and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per entire satisfaction of Engieer-in-charge.a) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like Floors etc. upto 200mm. ( Two hundred milimetre) In thickness

b) Sides and Soffits of beams, cantilever , girders and lintels.Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. ( One metre) In depth in all heights from floor.

c) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20 (Twenty) centiMetres wide.

Providing and laying cement concrete work mechnically mixed and vibrator 1: 1.5 : 3 ( One cement : One and half approved sand : three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty milimeter ) nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- a) Suspended floors,roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level. including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads,lifts and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per HP.PWD., specification 1990 Volume-I ( One ) including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete as per entiresatisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete as per structural drawing in all floors up to all heights and levels, direction of Engineer-in-Charge and as per HP.PWD. Specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

6(Six) millimetres thick plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:4(One cement isto Four sand) in all floors up to all heights and levels, as per HP.PWD specification 1990 volume-I, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts , including all incidental charges.

15 (Fifteen) millimetres thick cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to all heights and levels including arises. Internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80(Eighty) millimetres in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto Six sand), as per HP.PWD. Specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts.

15 (Fifteen) millimetres thick cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to all heights and levels including arises. 15 (Fifteen) millimetres thick cement plaster skirting (upto 30 cm. (Thirty centimetre) with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto three sand) finished with a floated coat of neat cement including rounding of junction with floor, as per HP.PWD. Specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing glass strps in joints cement concrte floor 40mm (Forty milimetre) wide and 4mm (four milimetre) thick, as per HP.PWD. Specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 40mm ( Forty milimetre ) thick panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters doors windows and clerestory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws second class dedodar wood, in all respects, as per HP.PWD. Specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing M.S. sliding door bolts bright finished and black anamelled with bolts and nuts screws atc. Complete 250 x 16mm ( Two hundred fifty into sixteen milimetre).including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 200 x 10mm(two hundred into ten milimetres) M.S. tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc., complete.including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. handles with necessary screws etc, complete:- 125mm.(one hundred twenty five milimetres), including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 25mm ( Forty milimetre ) thick panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for cup board etc. including nickel plated bright finished piano hings with necessary screws second class dedodar wood, in all respects, as per HP.PWD. Specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) or equivlant rain water pipes 100 (One hundred ) millimetres. dia of working presser not less than 4.5 (Four point Five) kilograms per square Metre including fixing the joint with adhesive complete as per HP.PWD. Specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surfaces by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting with ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink as per HP.PWD specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint other than white, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping as per HP.PWD specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Applying one coat of Birla/ J.K. white care putty / kemocare wall smoothner putty of kamdhenu or its equivalent over plastered surface after thoroughly bruhing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreiign matter sand papering smooth to give final matter finsh to surface complete as per HP.PWD. Specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts.

Distempering two coats with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand (Tractor Synthetic washable distemper or Asin / Narolac paints or its equivalent)and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer as per HP.PWD. Specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of Nerolac exterior / Asian Apex of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface (Two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth complete up to all heights and levels as per HP.PWD. Specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts.
