Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.225 kg per sqm ( zero point two two five kilogram per square metre) on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 ( Seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler specified material using VG-30 ( Thirty) at the rate 5.4 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six ) per cent of mix and filler as per job mix formula, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Providing and laying road marking paint with hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm ( two point five milimetre ) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm ( two hundred fifty gram per square metre ) area, thickness of 2.5 mm ( two point five milimetre ) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface should be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. The road marking paint should be of auto mark /road mark india and glass beads made of Potters/ Sobbeietec. Pavement shall be realsed to contractor after production of bill including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt.
