OD11218/2024-2025:Dismantling existing C.I. 150 mm diameter Sluice Valve, after taking out the valve, cleaning the flanges by using hand and power tools as directed by the departmental officer at site.

OD7356/2024-2025:Overhauling of 150 mm diameter C.I. sluice valve complete with stem, gate, seal, bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc. Including labour for remove and refitting sluice valve as directed by the departmental officers at site (cost of material ,labor ,conveyance charges all includes).

OD17546/2024-2025:Re fixing C.I. sluice valves with wheel complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc. 150 mm diameter, cost includes cost of labour etc complete.

OD11236/2024-2025:Dismantling existing MS pipes including stacking of pipes at site lead up to 50 metre safely as directed by the departmental officer at site: 250 mm diameter MS. pipe

OD7369/2024-2025:Cutting 250 mm DI pipe diametrically by abrasive cut of saw ,the cutting being perpendicular to the axis of pipe and smoothing of the cut end for fixing additional flanges etc.

OD7364/2024-2025:Fabricating and Fixing MS flanges for connecting pipe lines to bends, reducers etc. including cost of material, labour , machinery, conveyance, incidental and handling charges etc complete(dia 250 mm pipe).

OD11636/2024-2025:Providing and laying Double Flanged 250 mm dia ( Screwed / Welded ) Centrifugally (Spun) Ductile Iron Pipes of Class K - 9 conforming to IS: 8329 by using hydraulic excavator as directed by the departmental officers at site

OD11096/2024-2025:Painting all the exposed surfaces of the MS suction pipe dia 250mm, foundation brackets and MS flanges with two coats of epoxy coal tar black paint confirming to IS14948 with a minimum film thickness of 150+/-5 microns per each coat over two coats of priming coat applied with zinc primer containing not less than 85% of zinc on dry film with a film thickness of 70+/-5 microns , so that the total film thickness of all coats including priming coat at any rate is not less than 350 microns after cleaning the surface using hand and power tool cleaning including cost of all materials, labour charges , cost of testing all painting materials, all incidental charges, hire of T&P etc. complete as per the direction of department officers at site
