Taking down and dismantling the ceiling fan 1200 / 1400 mm and any capacity from site and removing its allied smaller parts for cleaning, servicing, oiling and lubricating and replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bushes, etc and refixing the same fan in its original position with all the parts i.e. down rod, canopies, fan blades, spilt pins, screws, nuts and spring washers complete including, flexible chord of 24 / 0.20mm with necessary connector (for blade / body) as required after rewinding complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spares used and rewinding shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant item.

All as per item No.1 above but exhaust fan 225 to 600 mm of any sweep, any capacity Note : Spares used and rewinding shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant item.

All as per item No.1 above but Aircirculators / Pedestal fan / Wall mounting fan of any sweep, any capacity Note : Spares used and rewinding shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant item.

M&L for rewinding the Ceiling fan of any sweep using super enamelled copper conductor cable of suitable gauge including insulation, varnishing, packing, testing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 4 above but for Exhaust fan 225 to 300 mm sweep

All as per item No. 4 above but for Exhaust fan 450 to 600 mm sweep

All as per item No. 4 above but for Air circulators / pedestal / wall mounting fan of any sweep / type Note for Item No .4 to 7 : The winding for fans repaired under Item No. 1 to 3 above shall only be measured and paid under respective item No. 4, 5, 6 and 7.

Supply only ball bearing suitable for Ceiling fan of any sweep Make :SKF / NBC

All as per item No. 8 above but for Exhaust fan any sweep

All as per item No. 8 above but for Air circulators / pedestal / wall mounting fan of any sweep / type

Supply only shakle & clamps including, rubber bush, bolts, nuts & split pin etc complete for ceiling fan of any sweep

Supply only bolts, nuts with frame and washers etc complete for Exhaust fan all as per site requirement. Note for Item No . 8 to 12: The spares for fans repaired under Item No.1 to 3 above shall only be measured and paid under relevant items above.

Supply and fix stepped type electronic fan regulator flush/socket type100 watt,AC,230 Volts as per existing make. Make : Anchor/USHA/CONA

Supply only fan capacitors of size 2.5 MFD complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells/USHA/TIBCON

Supply only fan capacitors of size 4 MFD complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells/USHA/TIBCON

Supply only brass bush suitable for the Ceiling fan of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only louvers for Exhaust Fan of size 225mm to 450mm Sweep suitable for existing shape and size including taking down existing unserviceable / rusted louvers Complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item No . 13 to 19: The spares for fans repaired under Item No.1 to 3 above shall only be measured and paid under relevant items above.

M&L for cleaning, preparing the old painted ceiling fans of any sweep and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including taking down the fan complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No. 20 above but for Exhaust fan any sweep.

Supply only MS down rod of size 15 mm bore 12" long including making holes etc complete all as specified and as directed.
