Removing AC sheet / GI sheet from all levels including all necessary euiqment / scaffolding and stacking of serviceable materials and disposing of rubbish materials within a lead of 1.0 KM as directed.

Dismantling of Brick/ RR mansonry structure at all heights including all necessary drilling equipment, labour , scaffolding and disposing off the material within 1 km inside colony premises and as directed by the Engineer. Care to be taken not to damage the existing structure.

Providing and laying cement concrete of 1:3:6 using 20 mm maximum size aggregate including mixing,transporting, formwork,ramming, compaction, leveling, curing, dewatering if required etc. complete for leveling course in foundations for column footings, rafts, plinth beams, trenches, under floor etc. complete.

Providing and casting in situ reinforced cement concrete of 1 : 1 1/2: 3 grade using stone of maximum size of 20 mm including formwork, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth all exposed faces for all in situ items as per drawings and specifications. (Rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement but inclusive of form work).

Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding TMT steel reinforcement ISI marked of any brand in all RCC works at all heights , providing spacer blocks in CM 1:2 including necessary scaffolding etc. complete as per drawings.

Providing, fabricating, erection / fixing of MS Plates, Flat, Angle, Sq. bar, Pipes, base plates, foundation bolts etc. using ISI branded structural steel for truss, purlins, Grill for Windows, Railing, flagposts, truss etc. including fixing the position as per drawings & specification including necessary bolts and nuts of suitable diameter as dircted by EIC for fixing of truss/purlins , painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide includes cost of paints, primer, labour, materials, scaffolding etc. complete.

Providing and constructing brick masonry using well burnt table moulded red clay bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in Super structure above plinth at any height including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints etc complete .

Plastering the internal faces of wall of brick work/concrete at all elevation in cement mortar 1:5, 12 mm thick finished smooth to have a even finish including hacking concrete surfaces,scaffolding, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary.

Providing at all elevation external cement plaster 20 mm thick over brick wall/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, rubbed to perfectly smooth and even finish including scaffolding, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed at all height including dismantling the existing plaster etc. if required.

Providing and applying two coats of approved external emulsion paint over one coat of compatible primer on existing surface/ new surface to give an even shade with Exterior Emulsion paint of Asian Paints make ACE / Berger make Walmasta / Nerolak Suraxa Plastic / ICI Dulux Super coat of approved shade including preparing the surface by making good the damaged and rough surface smooth, minor repairs, sealing of cracks with cement slurry/ Cement mortar , cleaning of doors, windows, ventilators, washing the surroundings after completion of work including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour etc. complete as per Manufacturer's specification. NOTE: 1) No multiplication factor will be considered for measurement against paint applied on Sand faced/Rough cast plaster. 2) Only plain paintrd surface area shall be measured.

Supplying and fixing 0.50 mm to 0.52 mm thick colour coated sheet of Durashine brand from TATA Bluescope of Durashine / Infinia in approved colours at all heights including necessary scaffolding, cost of tools and tackles, labours, using studs for fixing in sheets as specified by manufacturer etc. all complete as directed by engineer in charge or specified by manufacturer. Note :- No payment will be made against lap, wastage etc.

Supplying and fixing 0.45 mm thick to 0.47mm thick colour coated ridge in width of 600 mm from TATA Bluescope of Durashine / Infinia brand in approved colours suit to shade of sheets provided at all heights including necessary scaffolding , specified studs from manufacturer, tools and tackles, labours etc. all complete as directed by engineer or as specified by manufacturer. Note :- No payment will be made against lap, wastage etc.

Providing & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade from Asian paints - Apcolite premium gloss enamel / Berger paints Luxol-Hi Gloss / Nerolac premium synthetic enamel-Hi Gloss(NSE) paint including transportation, loading, unloading at township department stores etc. complete all as directed by Engineer.
