Fixing only exhaust fan 300 mm sweep complete with suitable size vermin / bird proof louver and conection with and including flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size and length exhaust fan to ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i)Exhaust fans shall be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing. (ii) Provision of makiing hole for fixing of exhaust fan shall be measured and paid separately, however cost of nuts, bolts etc required for fixing of exhaust fan shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

All as above item No. 1.00 for 450 mm sweep -ditto-.

M&L for point wiring PVC FRLS insulated, unsheathed copper multistranded conductor cable of size 1.5 Sq mm, including PVC FRLS insulated, unsheathed copper multistranded conductor cable of size 1.5 Sq mm as continuous earth wire, 1100 volts grade complete drawn in and including PVC casing and caping duly ISI marked and cast iron/pressed steel terminal box 1.6 mm thick of required size with laminated sheet 3mm thick for mounting switches/sockets/fan regulators etc. fitted with brass screws and washer for one light / exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch.

All as above item No. 3.00 but size of copper conductor 2.5 sqmm with 1.5 sqmm earth wire -ditto-.

S&F switch piano type 240 V, 15 Amp , SP one way flush type complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

All as above item No. 5.00 but 5 Amps.

S&F sheet metal enclosure for MCB DB SPN single door, 2 way complete without busbar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of SPN 32 Amps in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable LT 1100 grade FRLS cable drawn with and including PVC casing and caping with all necessary fittings and accessories and one run of PVC insulated and unsheathed single core cable with copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm as earth wire (green in colour ) run through PVC cashing & caping and connected to common earth dolly. Note: - Two run of submain cable and one run of PVC casing and caping and one run of earth continuity wire shall be measured as one run complete all as specified and directed.

M&L making circular hole on stone masonary wall suitable for fixing of 450 mm sweep exhaust fan including making good the surfaces with 15mm plaster in CM 1:4 and finished with as per existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe and foundation in soft/loose soil complete all as directed. Note:- The contractor should be responsible for the rectification of the damages occur during the excavation work i.e. in existing pipes, cables, culverts, building and road, path etc. The same shall be rectified with entire satsfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm in ay type of soil all as directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. Exc 1.5m above starting point all as directed.

Supply, laying and testing of high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of size 50mm bore laid in trenches conforming to IS 4984 of 1995 having pressure rating 6 kgf/sqcm class-4 with all fittings and fixtures such as tee, bend, elbow so as to make the services functional complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 15.00 here-in-above but for size of pipe 25mm bore.

Supply and fixing of PP-R gate valve of size 50mm suitable for outer dia of the pipe as per IS-15801 and screwed both ends for HDPE/LDPE/PP-R pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 17.00 here-in-above but of size 25mm suitable for outer dia of pipe.

M&L Cutting of existing 110 mm HDPE pipe for insertion of including Tee 110mm x 50mm x 110mm with one meter GI pipe 50mm bore medium grade with complete fitting, fixture and connection including clamps, nuts and bolts complete all as directed. Note :- Unit rate of this item also includes the cost of excavation, earthwork required for cutting and making connection.

Material and labour for construction of valve pit chamber of size 1050mm x 750mm x 1000mm with 100mm thick PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, stone massonary valve chamber built in cement mortar 1:6 with plastering of 10mm thickness internally and 15mm thickness externally above and 15cm below ground level and 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 typr B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in flooring and PCC coping 7.5cm thick in 1:2:4 including frame made of angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 5mm, matches with the internal size of the valve chamber and chamber cover made of MS sheet 3mm thick including painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary earthwork, excavation etc complete all as specified and as directed.
