Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work,blasting work.chiselling of soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing oof all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 Cement 3 coarse sand): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.in all leads and lifts.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15º landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels bands, plain window sills, staircases and spir stair cases above plinth level up to floor five leve excluding the cost of entering, shuttering, finishi and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work includ straightening, cutting, bending, placing in posi and binding all complete upto plinth level. steel and Medium Tensile steel bars in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing of Precast SFRC Man Cover with Frame conforming to IS-12592 (F I)-1998 with latest ammendments 560 mm (Heavy Duty) in all leads and lifts

Carriage of Excavated soil from site to Dumping station at Bindravani in all leads and lifts.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pipes conforming to BIS 8329-2000 (latest with up to date amendments) in a length of 5.50 meters class K7 with cement mortor lining in side duty ISI marked including cost of Tyton (push or joints). fittings including testing of joints and rubber gasket (S&R quality) conforming to IS-92820-1989 (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separetely) 150 mm dia in all leads and lifts.

Terms and conditions

The work should be executed as per PWD/JSV specifications and to the entire satisfactions of the Engineer-in Charge.

The cement, steel and D.I pipes shall be issued by the department from JSV Divisional Store Raghunath Ka Padhar Mandi cement @ 368/- per bag, Steel Rs.7615/-only per qtl. and D.I pipe free of cost respectively.

The Contractor will be fully responsible for watch and ward of material at site of work.

Nothing shall be paid for rejected/sub-standard material at site of works.

Concrete work shall be done by using vibrator and concrete mixing plant.

Crushed aggregate will be used in concrete work.

Material should be used of approved quarry.

The work should be completed in the stipulated period.

The rates should be inclusive with GST and carriage

1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor.

GST as applicable will be borne by the contractor.

No deviation will be allowed without the prior permission of the Engineer-in-charge.
