S & F Pre -PVC coated chain link fencing size of mesh 75 x 75 mm made out of 4mm dia GI wire to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre -PVC coated chain link fencing size of mesh 100 x 100 mm made out of 4mm dia GI wire to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing MS galvanized 100 x 100 mm mesh fixed to RCC/ Iron post including securing or tying with GI MS wire stape etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L flat iron (40X6mm) straps for securing corner posts and chain link fencing all as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts 10 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n.nxc 5 cms long.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on newly steel surface of any width or girth, not otherwise sescribed incl preparation of newly surface.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC ) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft loose soil.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells. Cesspits, manholes pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in deepth and getting out soft/loose soil.

M&L for cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even & smooth (without using extra lime or cement)

Dismantling floors, hearth or wall tiles including cment mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc.

M & L Hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15mm thick watered and rammed to true surface using broken stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate ) as in foot path/plinth protection and making finished even and smooth without using etra cement

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregate ) as in hard standing and making finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl all as specified and directed

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles (with grey cement and pigment) 20 x 20 Cm and 25mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floor

Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling framed timber scantlings 40 sq. cm & over in section, in any position

Dismantling plain or corrugated AC sheeting , any, thickness or similar pattern roof coverings.

S&F for mild steel tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 including one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint ( including preparation of surface) at contractor's workshop before fabrication all as specified and directed.

S&F for MS flat iron bent to shape, holes drilled including one coat of red oxide paint all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550mpa as in roof covering/cladding fixed with self tapping screws/J hooks as specified.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550mpa as in roof covering/cladding fixed with self tapping screws/J hooks as specified.

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
