Repair to 63 KVA voltage stabilizer of LIS Rajpur kamilla by way of dismantling all incoming and outgoing electric connection, draining out of the Transformer oil and extracting out the damaged coils from the stabilizer by way of chain pulley block, tripod stand, carriage of damaged coil assembly to road side through hilly/rocky terrain with the help of ropes, bamboos and manual labours, loading in the mechanical transport for carrying to workshop for repair. P/F and Complete Rewinding of 1 no. coil set With requisite gauge of appropriate rating/ specification. Replacement of rotary switches 3no. after complete rewinding of coils, Carriage back of coil assembly to LIS. Cleaning of tank with the help of appropriate cleaning agent. Assembling the stabilizer and Filling of T.oil after giving proper heat treatment, providing/filling of new T-oil 40 ltrs approx. Giving all the electrical connection by replacing the worn-out thimbles of appropriate rating. Also P/F of 2no, voltmeter and 1no, amp meter and 100 amp MCCB to be installed on the top panel of voltage stabilizer along with wiring and insulation. The job includes cost of material , labour skilled and semi skilled, head load and transportation with testing and commissioning at site

Dismantling of 1.5cusec, 24m head pump of pumping unit No I from the base frame at LIS Rajpur kamilla after decoupling it from motor, taking out impeller shaft assembly and then then carriage to road side through hilly terrain by manual labour with the help of ropes, etc. and then loading in mechanical Transport vehicle for shifting to workshop for its repairs and carriage back in the same manner upto the site at LIS chajja. The job involves complete dismantling of impeller shaft assembly at workshop, i.e. bearings, sleeves, gland bushes, pump shaft and impeller etc. P/F of pump shaft, machining, turning and finishing to required size as per sample and repair to impeller by way of brazing, turning and finishing to required size. P/F of shaft protection sleeves 02 Nos., impeller guide rings 02 Nos., gland bushes 02 Nos., bearing housing sleeves02 Nos., bearings at DE and NDE as per sample after properly cleaning of bearing bracket and gland plate 02 Nos.Re-assembling all parts of impeller shaft assembly with proper greasing. Providing of coupling bolts, nuts and rubber bushes as per sample, gland packing-3kg and grease-2kg for smooth operation of pumping units installed. Repair to 200mm Dia sluice valve of unit-I at LIS by way of dismantling of sluice valve from the delivery pipe and providing, fabrication and fitting of stem rod with nut, body and gland bracket with gland stud/nut as per sample. Replacement of nuts, bolts& rubber gaskets and fitting the same to delivery pipe. The job includes cost of material ,labour skilled and semi skilled, head load and transportation with testing and commissioning at site

Disconnecting the damaged Al cable from Transformer and Main Switch and P/f of new 3.5 core 120 sqmm Armored Al cable of 15m length and making connections to Main switch and transformer after thimbling. Repairs to the LT Panel for 2×20Hp Motors installed at LIS Rajpur kamilla by disconnecting the incoming and outgoing cables of LT panel. P/F of new 100Amp MCCB main incomer, 1 no. and 2 no. Protection relays for both unitsin place of damaged ones. The job involves replacing the old damaged circuit wiring of the panel with new wiring, servicing of all contacts of panel by suitable chemicals to make it spark free. Servicing of 20 HP oil immersed starter 2 no. by way of extracting the damaged copper contact points both moving and fixed, thimbles, no volt coil, tripping system , overload relay and replacing the same with new ones , minor repairs to handle mechanism . Providing/filling of 20 litres transformer oil for topping of both starters.Thejob includes cost of material and labour charges for skilled and semi skilledlabour, hire charges of tools and tackles required at site for execution of job with testing and commissioning. The job includes cost of material , labourskilled and semi skilled, head load and transportation with testing and commissioning at site
