Notes for item No. 01 to 07 :- The bidders are advised not to quote rates less than the minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages / subscription / contribution as prevailing, the department shall have right to recover amount of the difference of minimum wages payable and actually paid from any other payment due or from securities pledged in favour of Accepting Officer. The decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding in this regard.

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lifts installed at Senior sailor's married Accn, Nausena Bagh, lifts in reliable safe and eficient operating condition (Make of lift - OTIS Model RE-GEN) by regularly examining, lubriciting and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance (Monthly, Quarterly), Halfyearly and yearly) in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + six floors i.e total seven landings with electric power operated doors installed complete all as specified and directed for the following lifts: Nausena Bagh : Building No. P-128 to P-130 & P-132 to P-134 Capacity of 08 Passengers lifts - 06 Nos (Total Qty 06 Nos x 11 months = 66 per months)

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lifts installed at Senior sailor's married Accn, Nausena Bagh, lifts in reliable safe and eficient operating condition (Make of lift - OTIS Model RE-GEN) by regularly examining, lubriciting and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance (Monthly, Quarterly), Halfyearly and yearly) in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + seven floors i.e total eight landings with electric power operated doors installed complete all as specified and directed for the following lifts: Nausena Bagh : Building No. P-131 Capacity of 08 Passenger lifts - 01 No & Capacity of 13 Passenger lifts - 01 No (Total Qty 02 Nos x 11 months = 22 per months)

Notes for item No. 08 to 10 :- (i) The contract includes repair, replacement of machines, motors, generators, ropes, inverter/ ARD system, controller parts, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chock break shoes, liners, contactors, relays, push bottons, coils, door operator VVF drive, VVVF main drive, car door, safety device limit switches, emergency alaram system with hooter, magnetic switches,magnets,door motor,door drive,encoder,car door safety device, Infrared screen, governors, interlock on hoistway doors, gear oil,travelling cable, indicators, LED display boards and minor mechanical spare parts. The cost of materials except mentioned here-in-after in respectives items is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (ii) The above maintenance includes complete maintenance of existing lifts by regularly and systematically examining adjusting lubricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the lifts. (iii) Contractor will prominently display his contact / mobile number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency. (viii) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. (iv) The contractor will detail one technician staff to inspect the lift regularty regarding functioning of lifts or any other issues arising in the lift. The problem noticed if any to be informed immediately to JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge. Technician should alaways carry service tools during site visit. (v) Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within two hours of notification of breakdown. In case the contractor or his rep shall not visit the site for attending breakdown within two hours, a penalty of Rs 600 per fault per day shall be imposed over contractor and shall be deducted from his dues.

Supply and fixing aluminium car flooring of size 1290 x 1090 x 5 mm thick including angle of size 60x60x5mm suitable for 08 passenger lift in replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing aluminium car flooring of size 1580 x 1340 x 5 mm thick including angle of size 60x60x5mm suitable for 13 passenger lift in replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing lift belt suitable for 08 passenger lift in replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing sealed maintenance free batteries 07 AH,12 Volts (set of 4) for ARD system of 08 pessengers lift with proper electrical connection in replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply,Install,test & commissioning of Lift Control panel NICE-3000+, 7.5kw, 18Amp suitable for G+6 floors (ie.07 floors) full collective auto door GR type controller & DBR {2Nos), 130 Ohm 2000 watt with PG-E6 with UPS & batteries complete all as specified & directed. Make :- Monarch / Omkar or equivalennt model of make specified here-in-before.

Supply, fixing and testing in repair VVVF drive system suitable for 8/13 passenger lift serving up to G+6 floors (i.e. 07 floor) along with all electrical connection complete including taking down old unserviceable VVVF drive of make NICE-L-C-4007or equivalent & any type from its existing location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Yasakawa / Sachinder or equivalennt model of make specified here-in-before.

Supply & fixing COP assembly with illuminated push button floor position alarm, non stop door closer , door open , cabin fan, cabin light, stop atendant out key etc in and including 7 segment display with CPI card and stainless steel face plate duly connected with existing control and electric system complete & testing including taking out unserviceable COP assembly complete all as specificed & directed by Engineer in charge. Make :- Otis or equivalennt model of make specified here-in-before.

Supply & fix exhaust fan of metalic body 230 Volts,50 Hz,1400 rpm,300 mm sweep along with louver including all electrical connectons for proper ventilation at lift machine room complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing LOP assembly with illuminated push button floor position alarm, non stop door closer , door open etc in and including 7 segment display with CPI card and stainless steel face plate duly connected with existing control and electric system complete & testing including taking out unserviceable LOP assembly complete all as specificed & directed by Engineer in charge.
