REPAIR TO FLOOR AND WALL TILES, PLINTH PROTECTION AND OTHER B/R WORKS UNDER AGE B/R-I AT AF STN JODHPUR

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement/ lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below/ above ground level) including floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster work any description from brick or stone wall/ ceiling etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc. laid and bedded in any mortor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite of 18mm to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble, laid over and including 15mm screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rounding/ chamfering to edge of stone slab like granite, marble, kota stone etc. to required shape and design including grinding and polishing to obtain required finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought to courses, curved on plan to a mean radius not exceeding 6m, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismatling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth wothout using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in levelling course finished even and fair for laying floor finishes etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork surfaces, in cement mortar (1:4) surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling in cement mortar (1:4), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of wall surfaces and applying one coat of white cement base wall care putty 2 mm thick on walls finished even and smooth with sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles light coloured (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm and thickness 8-9 mm thick, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 600mm x 1200mm and thickness 7-8 mm, on vertical surfaces such, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350mm x 250mm x 7 mm/ 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, laid over and including rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F aluminium powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, partion wall with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. completet all as specified and as directed. Note:- Thikness of powder coating is 40 micron.

M&L in repairs 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work completet all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium powder coated door shutters of any colour (thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron), aluminium sections weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, aluminium snap beading screws etc. completet all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium powder coated window and ventilator shutter side hung type without sash bar of any colour (thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron), aluminium sections weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleat glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, alumimium anodised snap beading, screws, peg stay 150mm long -1 No, hinges type B-21 100mm long - 2 Nos, suitable handle - 2 Nos in each window, hinges, aluminium snap beading screws etc. completet all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 7mm thick aluminium grill of make ' Deco grill DG-104 model fitted in to suitable aluminium channel and fixed to windows/ ventilators including channel complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
