M& L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface, size of tile 375x 250x 7 mm thick/ 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F looking mirror 5.50 mm thick of size 1.4 x 0.60 mtr to existing frame/board including taking down existing unserviceable mirror from frame and all other accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

Taking down of existing sunken slab treatment form the sunken portion and cleaning the surfaces by washing down with water and rubbish off the premises as per following specifications:-

(a) Cleaning and filling crevices, cracks and undulations cement sand mortar mixed with latex polymers such as Dr fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent in ratio as recommended by manufacturer and then brushing the entire floor and walls of sunken area with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/ sqm and laying 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) over sunken slab portion and finishing the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement .

(b) Provision of 40mm dia PVC pipe spout projection 100mm beyond outer face of the wall of sunken floor to drain out water.

(c) Apply two coats of acrylic cementitious water proofing coating (Dr Fixit pidifin 2K manufactured by M/s Pidilite industries Ltd or equivalent make as approved by GE as per manufacturer recommendations) and followed by a overlay protective layer of 15 mm thick screed/ rendering in CM 1:3 along mixed with liquid water proofing at appropriate ratio of approved make on all surfaces of sunken area after preparations as mentioned above. Method of application for acrylic cementitious water proofing coating shall be followed as per manufacturers instructions.

Hacking out old broken glasses any thickness any size from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sheet glass ordinary quality 3mm thick and glazing with oil putty in squares n.exc 0.5 sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix frosted glass 3mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfaces on walls and applying a coat of 1.5 to 2 mm thick J K Wall / Birla putty / Asian (Damp block)white cement based wall care putty as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/un-plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down including cornices, pillar etc and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully existing aluminum/copper surface/concealed point wiring (light, fan, socket or power point) complete of any description including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets, wooden boards, laminated sheets from sunken boxes, boards, shades light fitting etc and making good the disturbed surfaces in CM 1:3 of walls, floors, ceiling etc including distempering to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed electric cable 1100 volts grade single core FR-LSH having multi stranded copper conductor of 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area drawn in and including PVC conduit concealed and 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable FR-LSH as continuous earth conductor, connected to earth dolly by providing suitable lugs with inner and outer frame plate matching with surrounding with sunken steel boxes zinc oxide plated of suitable size for mounting modular switches, sockets etc complete for the following:- Note:- (i) Point wiring & earth wire shall be connected to each & every sunken box. (ii) All screws, fasteners, bolts, nuts & washer shall be cadmium plated & the cost of which is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. Taking down ceiling fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan from site and keeping in safe custody for reuse at site complete as specified and directed by the Engineer- in charge.

Hanging only ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete as specified and directed by the Engineer- in charge. Note:- Ceiling fan obtained from taken out shall be reused.
