Supply of MS open rack of size 1940mm (H) X 900mm (W) X 445mm (D) with 6 panels. The vertical channel is 1.60 mm and Horizontal plate thickness is 0.80mm including fixing of Bolts, corner plates etc., complete to supply at work site. The rate is Excluding GST.

Supply of MS steel cot : To fit the bed of Size: 1905 mm (L) x 915 mm (W). 390 mm (H) height made with 16 guage CR sheet (IS:513- 2008) at top (Size of CR Sheet including crimp on four sides:2055 mm x1065 mm) and legs are made with MS square pipe of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 2.60 mm (Confirming to IS : 4923: 1997) . The head board, leg board of top and bottom horizontals are made with MS and verticals made with MS pipe of 25 mm dia. 18 gauge (confirming to IS7138:1973) as per the drawing. 3 nos of vertical MS pipes of 20 mm dia. with 18 gauge are to be provided at head board side as per drawing. The bottom side of the cot should be welded with 2 nos of MS tube of size 50 mm x 25 mmx 2.60 mm (Confirming to IS 4923:1977) and 2 nos MS square pipe of 25 mm x 25 mm x 2.00 mm (Confirming to IS 4923:1997) two sides (Head board & leg board side) Suitable PVC bushes to be provided for legs at bottom. The rate is inclusive of all taxes except GST. Finish - epoxy powder coating 50 to 60 microns thick with primary process of degreasing, de rusting, phosphating and passivation and secondary process of application of epoxy polymer by electrostatic process and curing conforming to IS standards Colour finish as directed by the department. Above dimensions are +/- 10 mm (except Tubes and sheets) including conveyance and placing at site. MS Tubes used to be conforming to IS: 4923:1997. The rate is Excluding GST.

Supplyl of DOUBLE DRAW TABLE of office table with Overall Dimensions(Aprox): 1365mm W X 680mm D X 735mm H. Table top made of 19 mm thick BWP/BWR grade Plywood duly edge banded with 2mm thick pvc beading. Fabricated out of mild steel 1 mm thickness CR sheet having 3 drawers on right side and one drawer one cupboard on left side mounted on 25mm x 25mm and 1mm thick tabular frame duly painted after necessary treatment and provided with Godrej lock. Good quality locking system shall be provided with suitable bottom bushes. The rate is Excluding GST.
