Schedule'A' Part-I: E&M works

Taking down street/ security lighting luminaries of any type /any watt from pole, building & post top lantern after disconnecting all electrical connection complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing LED 18 Watt 4 pin PLL lamp,1800 lumen output, in existing frame to replace conventional 36 Watt PLL lamps complete all as directed. Make: Crompton, Cat No-LPLLA-18-CDL or equivalent of Philips/Jaquar/ Havells.

Supply & fixing of LED street light 30 watt, 3000 lumen output, by using 2 core PVC insulated cable aluminium conductor 2.5 Sqmm approx 2 m length complete all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton, Cat No-LSTS-30-CDL or equivalent of Philips/Jaquar/Havells.

Supply & fixing of LED street light 45 watt, 4500 lumen output, by using 2 core PVC insulated cable aluminium conductor 2.5 Sqmm approx 2 m length complete all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton, Cat No-LSTS-45-CDL-1 or equivalent of Philips/Jaquar/Havells.

Supply & fixing of LED street light 60 watt, 6000 lumen output, by using 2 core PVC insulated cable aluminium conductor 2.5 Sqmm approx 2 m length complete all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton, Cat No-LSTP-60-CDL or equivalent of Jaquar/Havells/Philips.

Supply & fixing of LED street light 40 watt, 4000 lumen output, by using 2 core PVC insulated cable aluminium conductor 2.5 Sqmm approx 2 m length complete all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton, Cat No-LSTS-40-CDL-1 or equivalent of Philips/Jaquar/Havells.

Supply & fixing of LED flood light 60 watt, 6000 lumen output, by using 2 core PVC insulated cable aluminium conductor 2.5 Sqmm approx 2 m length complete all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton, Cat No-LFL-60-CDL/60 or equivalent of Jaquar/Havells/Philips.

Supply & fixing in replacement of LED 10 W, 1000lumen output, landscape lighting bollard type by using 2 core PVC insulated cable aluminium conductor 2.5 Sqmm approx 2 m length complete all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton, Model-MAYA-I, Cat No-LBLA1-10-CDL or equivalent Jaquar/Havells/Philips.

Supply & fixing in replacement of LED 20 W, 2000 lumen output, Cone type Post Top Lantern by using 2 core PVC insulated cable aluminium conductor 2.5 Sqmm approx 2 m length complete all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton, Type-Heritage, Cat No-LPTH-20-CDL or equivalent of Jaquar/Havells/Philips.

Taking down old unserviceable LED security light of any capacity and refixing the same after repairing necessary components like drivers, circuit board etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up old unsv LT UG cable of any size from trenches/road /floor/poles & wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured LT under ground cable of size 10 Sqmm, 4 core 1100 V grade PVC insulated ,PVC sheathed ,multi stranded aluminium cable of following size in pipe /trench /cable duct /fixed on wall by proper size shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc including aluminium lugs at ends of cable and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto but of size 6 Sqmm 2 core

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding1.5 mtr in depth/ width for laying under ground cable / foundations and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavating material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sand cushioning for protection of PVC cable with screen wash sand and punning to proper reqd cover all as specified and directed.

S&F bricks well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 40mm bore galvanized tube (light grade) with all fittings (if required) laid in road crossing or along poles with clamps for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for two single core (for phase and neutral) cable 2.5 Sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable drawing in existing pole/pipe from bus bar/junction box chamber to street light fitting and testing complete all as directed..

M & L for replacement of rusted/corroded security light bracket made out of GI pipe of light grade 1.2 RMx40mm dia and 0.3RM x32 mm dia at one end for inserting of light fitting, properly shaped, bended, & fixed on the pole through MS flat by nut, bolt & washer of suitable sizes incl dismantling the old unsv existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Digital time switch 32 Amp, 3 pole with contractor and MCB TP 32 Amp including enclosure complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Indoasian, Model - Timelite, Cat No. TL032DB0 or Equivalent of Make: Havells/HPL

Supply and fixing outdoor type cable entry junction box of size 205 x 255 x 112 mm, weather proof with knockouts for cable entry- black colour with necessary fixing arrangement, fixed on pole/ walls complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Hansel, Model - KF 2500 B or equivalent Make of Sintex.
