110kV/11kV,23MVA TRANSFORMER OIL LEAK ARRESTING

The scope of work includes draining the required quantity of oil from the main tank, disconnection and dismantling the HT & LT, tertiary and neutral bushings and LT connection chambers, conservator tank and OLTC chamber, WTI & OTI leads, Buccholz relays, control cables, inter connecting pipe lines between conservator tank to main tank, OLTC chamber, LT connection chamber, explosion vent chamber, inspection opening plates, and open the top cover of 110KV/11KV,23 MVA ,HHE make power transformer at site. The scope of work includes assembling all the parts disconnected and dismantled from the transformer after replacing the old gaskets with new one and put the transformer back to normal. The bushing terminal shall be crimped /soldered to the transformer winding leads and overhead CT lines. The work includes the servicing of transformer oil level gauges also. Supply of complete sets of good quality rubberised cork sheets of grade RC 70 C conforming to IS 425 and all accessories including consumables like nuts, bolts and washers ,gasket paste etc.shall be supplied by the contractor. The works like cutting the gaskets to suitable sizes and making bolt holes for all joints of the transformer body shall be arranged by the contractor. The scope of work also included refilling the drained oil into transformer and conducting oil filtration to attain the required BDV and water content value. Transformer oil if required for topping up the transformer shall be supplied by FACT free of cost.
