Taking down existing roof treatment from roof including hacking the old plastered surface and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1500 metre, including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by scraping, picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing liquid as per manufacurer instructions over cleaned roof surface, finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Rendering 20 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing liquid as per manufacurer instructions over cleaned roof surface, finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5 kg / sq. m and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 160 gms / sqm) laid over primed surface including bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 litre/sq.m by forced application, complete all as specified and directed. The complete roof treatement shall be consisting of as under :- (i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 litre/sqm to the prepared roof surface till the surface is properly impregnated and solvent oil in primer shall be allowed to evaporate completly. (iv) Laying of APP based membrane of specified thickness and weight. (v) Applying one coat of bitumen of grade 85/25@ 1.2 Kg/sqm MAKE (APP membrane):- Thermolay APP PL (M/s STP Ltd), Hydrostop (M/s Tiki Tar Industries (India)), Moply FP (M/s Texsa India Ltd., Mumbai), Hyperplas Polyester (M/s IWL Ltd)

Preparation of surfaces of newly laid water proofing membrane over existing RCC slabs (as described in Sl. Item No. 4.00 here-in-before) and applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 100ml per Sq.m, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed. MAKE:- SCOTT NO. 1 / SIKA / FOSROC / Dr. FIXIT

Disconnecting existing tanks, exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cleaning repairing, etc., measured separately

Disconnecting existing tanks, exceeding 500 litres and not exceeding 1000 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cleaning repairing, etc., measured separately

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litresand from mouths of circulating pipes, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3) including inserting APP membrane in to the groove and making good in CM (1:3), complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks exceeding 500 litres and not exceeding 1000 litresand from mouths of circulating pipes, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, 20mm bore dia and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, 25mm bore dia and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., any type of pipe, 20mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., any type of pipe, 25mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling and filling of cracks in RCC structure wherever directed and instructed with pressure grouting with pressure of 40 PSI with cement slurry by adding plasticizer CEBEX 100 or Dr Fixit Pidicrete AM 207 or equivalent @ 225gms/ml per 50 Kg cement, applying with suitable mechanical pump/gun including materials, drilling holes of 18mm dia and fixing PVC Nozzles of suitable size @ 01 No (Point) per Sqm and grouting until point of refuse then the Nozzles shall be removed the next day and the holes shall be plugged with plugging compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in haunchings in roof kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edges over roof surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in bed blocks, (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar (1:6), complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and directed.
