Periodic (Bi-Monthly/Quarterly) Routine Patrolling/Emergency Patrolling and Periodic Cutting/Lopping and Chopping of Trees in Line Corridor of 132KV Transmission Lines under ETD-II, Bareilly during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.03.2020 to 28.02.2021

Following Works are to be Carried out on 132KV Transmission Lines under E.T.D.-II, Bareilly during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.03.2020 to 28.02.2021, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer : (1) Periodic (Bi-Monthly / Quarterly) Routine Tower to Tower Patrolling from one end to other end of Following Transmission Lines and Submission of Patrolling Report in Triplicate in Prescribed Proforma Mentioning the Stolen / Missing Tower Parts & Tower Accessories; Trees Falling in the Range of Line Corridor; Damage to Earthwire, Conductor, Jumper, Insulator & other Line Accessories; damage to Foundation, Coping, Chimney, Earthing etc. The Patrolling shall be done Every Month during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.03.2020 to 28.02.2021, with all due Care of Safety & Precautions : (a) 132KV D.C. Dohna (220) - Nawab Ganj Line (Line Length 17.15 Km; 17.15 Km × 4 Quarter = 68.60 Km)

(b) 132KV D.C. Dohna - C.B. Ganj Line (Line Length 9.77 Km; 9.77 Km × 4 Quarter = 39.08 Km)

(c) 132KV D.C. Dohna - Pilibhit Line (Line Length 47.17 Km; 47.17 Km × 4 Quarter = 188.68 Km)

(d) 132KV Nawab Ganj - Bajaj Energy Barkhera Line on one side of D.C. Towers (Line Length 48.804 Km; 48.804 Km × 6 Bi-Month = 292.824 Km)

(e) 132KV Nawab Ganj - Pilibhit Line (34.184 Km on one side of D.C. Towers + 0.38 Km on one side of other D.C. Towers from LILO Point to 132KV S/S Pilibhit (Line Length 34.564 Km; 34.564 Km × 4 Quarter = 138.256 Km)

(f) 132KV Pilibhit - Bajaj Energy Barkhera Line (0.38 Km on one side of D.C. Towers upto LILO Point + 14.62 Km on one side of other D.C. Towers) (Line Length 15.00 Km; 15.00 Km × 6 Bi-Month = 90.00 Km)

(g) 132KV Pilibhit - L.H. Sugar Mill Line (Line Length 9.38 Km; 9.38 Km × 6 Bi-Month = 56.28)

(h) 132KV Pilibhit - Bajaj Hindustan Line (Line Length 16.57 Km; 16.57 Km × 6 Bi-Month = 99.42 Km)

(i) 132KV Pilibhit - Pooran Pur Line (38.00 Km on S.C. Towers + 2.00 Km on one side of D.C. Towers) (Line Length 40.00 Km; 40.00 Km × 4 Quarter = 160.00 Km)

(j) 132KV Bareilly II (Bali Pur) - Bisal Pur Line on one side of D.C. Towers (Line Length 33.553 Km; 33.553 Km × 4 Quarter = 134.212 Km)

(k) 132KV Farid Pur (220) - Bisal Pur Line (8.627 Km on one side of D.C. Towers + 23.151 Km on one side of other D.C. Towers) (Line Length 31.778 Km; 31.778 Km × 4 Quarter = 127.112 Km)

(l) 132KV Pilibhit - Bisal Pur Line on D.C. Towers (Line Length 46.50 Km; 46.50 Km × 4 Quarter = 186.00 Km)

(m) 132KV S.C. Dohna - Bhoji Pura TSS 2 j Line on D.C. Towers (Line Length 2.70 Km; 2.70 Km × 6 Bi-Month = 16.20 Km)

(n) 132KV Pooran Pur - Pooran Pur TSS 2 j Line on D.C. Towers (Line Length 5.54 Km; 5.54 Km × 5 Bi-Month w.e.f. 01.05.2020 to 28.02.2021 = 27.70 Km)

(2) Emergency Patrolling of the above Transmission Lines in the event of Tripping / Break Down of the Line (to Commence within 2 hrs. of Intimation for the same, if Tripping / Breakdown in Day Time and by 07:00 A.M., if Tripping / Breakdown in Night Hours) as per Instructions of Supervising Engineer during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.03.2020 to 28.02.2021, as per Details given below : (a) Emergency Patrolling of Line (Patrolling of Line Length upto 20 Km Distance) (1 Job for each Emergency Patrolling).

(b) Emergency Patrolling of Line (Patrolling of Line Length for more than 20 Km to 50 Km Distance) (1 Job for each Emergency Patrolling).

(3) Periodic Cutting of different types of Trees like Mango, Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, Semal, Eucalyptus, Popular etc. having Girth 0.5 Meter to 1.0 Meter and Falling in the Range of Corridor of above Transmission Lines to Provide Minimum Clearance of about 8 Meter between the Tree & Conductors on both side of the Towers / Line with all due Care of Safety & Precautions to Avoid any damage to nearby Buildings, Power & Telephone Lines passing nearby, Crops, other nearby Trees etc. The Work also includes Removing, Eliminating & Cleaning the Line Sites after Cutting of the Trees during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.03.2020 to 28.02.2021. (175 No. Trees x 4 Times in a Year = 700 No. Trees).

(4) Periodic Lopping & Chopping of Branches of different types of Trees like Mango, Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, Semal, Eucalyptus, Popular etc., Falling in the Range of Corridor of the above Transmission Lines to Provide the Minimum Clearance of about 8 Meter between the Tree & Conductors on both side of the Towers / Conductors of above said Transmission Line with all due Care of Safety & Precautions to Avoid any Damage to nearby Buildings, Power & Telephone Lines Passing nearby, Crops, other nearby Trees etc. The Work also includes Removing, Eliminating & Cleaning the Line Sites after Lopping & Chopping of the Trees during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.03.2020 to 28.02.2021. (2000 No. Trees x 4 Times in a Year = 8000 No. Trees)
