Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes up to 110mm dia , jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches if required .

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing to store 20 mm dia .

M&L for Mild steel galvanized steel tubing of 20 mm bore (ISI Marked) with screwed socket joints, medium grade, together with all fittings heavy duty (ISI Marked ) (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc.) and fixed complete to walls and ceiling with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laid in floors Complete all as specified and directed

Refixing old steel tubing of 20 mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floors etc.) together with all fittings heavy duty (ISI Marked ) (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc.) and fixed complete to walls and ceiling with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laid in floors Complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of existing roof treatment i.e APP membrane incl cement screed, brick tiling incl mud mortar or lime concrete and open up RCC roof slab including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material and removing unserviceable material, outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed. The work will be measured only after stage passing by AGE (I). Note: - (a) The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey . The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding,safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . (b) The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items. all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) mixed with Liquid intergal water proofing compoud as per manufacturer direction and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement as in roof padding treatement to receive roof treatment complete all as specified and directed. Note :- liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

M/L for PCC 1:1.5:3 type A-0 (Using 12.5mm stone aggregate)as in concrete angle-fillets with a radiaus of 75mm shall be provided at junctions between roofs, floor and vertical faces of walls (parapet, pillar for water tank staging ) around obstacles such as pipes, chimney stacks, etc. and other similar situation to ease up about corners mixed with Liquid intergal water proofing compoud as per manufactur direction ) Note :- liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only Liquid intergal water proofing compoud

M&L for one coat of cement slurry admixed with acrylic bonding compound SBR Latex liquid polymer (slurry will be prepared as per manufacturer direction) as to be used for bonding of new concrete/ mortar to old surface. Note :- (i)The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey . (ii)The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding,safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof .(iii) The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrance Note : 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only. 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.

Dismantaling RCC /PVC water tanks and S&F new rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 liters capacity, double layer (ISI Marked) construction (cylindrical vertical closed top), hoisted & fixed in position including S&F 20 mm dia ball valves, high pressure of epoxy coated Aluminium rod and high density plastic ball complete including check nut and suitable nipple, screwed for iron pipes or brasas ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 20 mm dia Gun Metal, globe or Gate Valve with Iron wheel head Screwed both ends for Iron Pipe and fixed in repairs.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6

Taking down cement plaster in any thickness from brick or stone walls , ceiling, facia etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish, vegetation etc outside complex (MOD land) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete walls surfaces in CM 1:6 finished to even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of new plaster surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resitant prime complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stack clamps out of 50mmx 5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stamp including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to walls or roof for 100 mm pipe, complete all as specified and directed.
