REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING STREET LIGHT AND OTHER LIGHT AT CERTAIN LOCATION UNDER GE MISSAMARI

Taking down unservicable street/security/flood light fittings of any height/watt/make, repair the same in site by opening cover, replace the unserviceable parts unserviceable/burnt cable etc as required at site, after repairing fixing at same position, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Spare part i.e. driver wherever required will be measured and paid under appropriate Item(s) as 'supply only'. (b) Labour Element for replacement of unserviceable Parts will deem to be included in the QUOTED UNIT RATE.

S&F LED street light made up off pressure die cast aluminium housing wth toughened glass and high power LEDs as a light source and electronic driver of capacity 60 watts and secondary lenses with IP 66 protection. 10 KV SPD is also included for protection of driver and LEDs, lumen efficacy of light fitting shall be >=110 lm/W. and necessary mounting arrangements and provision of 2.5 sq mm three core conductor cable multi stranded from fitting to over head line or Junction box including taking down old unserviceable light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Housing of street light fitting shall be suitable for 40 to 50 mm dia of bracket.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches/ floors/ on wall/ run through pipe/pole and connecting to the main switches/ cut outs MCB/ MCCB/Pole with necessary lugs including dismantling/taking out unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc laying of cables etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing were directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting level complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180 mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be measured and paid for.

Supply and laying for brick protection for protection of cable over sand cushioning cables inside the trench by using common brunt clay building bricks sub-class “B” old size brick and flat and width wise along the axis of the trench complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair GI Tubing light grade of size 40mm dia in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamp as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including Dismantling Cross-Arms of Mild Steel Channel or Angle Sections, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below the ground level connected to galvanized iron wire 4mm dia earth lead by means of bolts & nuts,check nuts & washers made of galvanised steel, earth wire protected by and including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast RCC cover slab (1:2:4, type B1)reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 100mm center to center bothways including one handle made of 10 mm dia round bar, including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, 20 mm dia medium grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh, 15 mm bore medium grade galvanized steel tubing for drawing earth wire GI strip protection & common salt, charcoal in alternate layers etc. complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR Part 1 and testing on completion including dismantling/taking out the existing unserviceable eathing complete all as specified and as directed.
