PART – A: INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS & GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The tender is invited under the Two Cover System on the n-Procure portal.

2. Bidders shall submit Cover-1 (Technical Bid) online along with the required

documents. A hard copy of the Technical Bid shall also be submitted in a sealed

3. Cover-2 (Financial Bid / BOQ) shall be submitted online only. Price should not be

mentioned anywhere in the Technical Bid.

4. Bids received after the due date/time or without EMD shall be summarily rejected.

5. Gujarat Maritime University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders

without assigning any reason.

6. Bid Validity: 90 days from the date of opening of the Technical Bid.

7. Delivery Period: Within 30 days from the date of Purchase Order.

8. Warranty: 3 Years On-site Comprehensive Warranty + 3 Years Accidental Damage

Protection (ADP) + 3 Years Sealed Battery Warranty.

9. Payment Terms: 100% after successful delivery, installation, demonstration and

PART – B: ELIGIBILITY & TECHNICAL BID REQUIREMENTS (Cover-1)

The following documents shall be uploaded online, and original hard copies (where applicable)

shall be submitted in a sealed envelope super-scribed “Technical Bid – Tender No.

Proc/02/2026 – Gujarat Maritime University”.

1. Earnest Money Deposit of ₹11,000/- in favour of “Gujarat Maritime University”

payable at Ahmedabad (DD/Banker’s Cheque/RTGS Receipt).

2. Bidder’s Profile on company letterhead (Name, Address, Contact Person, Mobile,

Email, GSTIN, PAN).

3. Copy of valid GST Registration Certificate.

4. Copy of PAN Card.

5. Copy of Shop & Establishment / Company Registration Certificate.

6. OEM Authorisation Letter (on original OEM letterhead) for the quoted model.

7. Undertaking on ₹100 stamp paper/company letterhead that the firm is not blacklisted

by any Government/PSU/Educational Institution.

8. Duly filled, signed & stamped Annexure-I (Technical Specifications).

9. Latest Product Brochure / Datasheet of the quoted model, clearly highlighting all
