Construction of LWSS Bhaleta, Sutrahar, Kathal, Bhatoli Lambian, Bhadroot, Dhaneti Charuri in Tehsil Nurpur Distt. Kangra (H.P)

Demolition above ground level upto floor teo level including stacking of serviceable material and un-serviceable materials within 20 Metres lead and including cuttings the necessary reinforcemeat and separating out from RCC work. within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolation of Stone masonary above G.L upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material the including cutting of reinforcement and separating it out from the concrete within 20 metres lead as per direction and satisfaction of engineer in charge complete in all respects.

Dismantling of doors, windows & clerestory windows (steel, wood) including chowkaths, architrave, holdfast etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Excavation in foundations,trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mts. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mts. Clear from the edge of the excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms. Layers,when required into plinths sides of foundation etc.,consolidating each deposited layers by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads & lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement : 6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Squared rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including raking out joints in cement mortar 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floor etc. up to 200 milimetres in thickness within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Foundations,footings,bases of columns etc. and mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding one metre in depth in all heights from floor within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charges.
