SPL REPAIR AND RESURFACING OF DOE INTERNAL ROADS AT KOTA MIL STN

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and exc 50 mm but n.exc 100 mm deep and removing to a distance not exceeding 50m and stacking complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using 4% binder (paving bitumen VG-10) content by weight of total mix laid with hydrostatic sensor paver finisher, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and laying semi dense asphaltic concrete (Design mix) 30mm consolidated thickness with binder content @ 5.5 % by weight of total mix with hydrostatic sensor paver finisher, rolled and consolidated with power roller exc 8 tonne but not exc 12 tonne capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre completell as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre completell as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to pot holes any depth n.exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads paths etc cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning and preparing road surfaces and Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters,etc. on roads, pavements and the like with road marking paint, white or golden yellow conforming to BIS-3262, dashes, arrows, Zebra marking etc by incorporating the white glass beads for reflectivity in required width all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 100mm thick as in sub base of path complete all as specified and directed
