SH:A Design, supply, Installation, Testing Commissioning of crash rated Electro hydraulic tyre killer of 10 Mtr length consisting of two section (5 Mtr + 5 Mtr) suitable to work on Three / single phase 415/230 volts +/- 5% , 50 Hz AC supply consisting of Tyre killer operating on hydraulic power system, PLC based, single control panel for controlling two section, including control switching operation in remote location (as per drawing), logic circuit, earthing, civil foundation including excavation of exisitng PQC/Bitumen road (at required depth as per site conditions) and making good after installation of tyre killers including provision of sump pump of suitable rating to drain accumulated water complete as required and supplying and laying of suitable size GI pipes for power and control cable as required, 3-1/2 core Alimunium armoured power cable & control cables (each upto 100 Mtrs. of different sizes) including power supply LT feeder panel with incoming and outgoing MCCBs/MCBs & laying of necessary cable i/c end terminations as per requirement and as specified in technical specifications, earthing, hydraulic system etc as required for complete functioning of tyre killers as per enclosed technical specifications.

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commssioning of MS automatic sliding gate with minimum 50mmX50mmX2.5mm hollow MS section & minimum 5mm thick MS sheet (900 kg - 1000 kg) of length 7 meter & overall height 2.15 mtr including wheels equipped with remote (as per drawing) and manual operation facility. The MS gate shall be epoxy coated and shall be provided with sliding gate drive unit, MS post for holding top edge, necessary bottom and Top Steel Rollers, side Nylon Rollers with Double Ball Bearing . The system shall also included Emergency release, Conrtol Box, Electronic Breaking including Suitable rating Sliding Motor with gear box assembly having manual relealse with necessary control connections, earthing including supplying and laying of GI pipes for power and control cable as required, power and control cables i/c end terminations (each upto 100 Mtr) etc. complete as required.

SH: B All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract after completion of One years Defect Liability Period for the above Tyre Killers including periodical, preventive, break down maintenance as per the OEM recommendations & AAI requirements and attending emergency breakdowns as and when required on 24 hrs basis (on all days including holidays) and including all necessary spares and consumables to keep the whole bollard system in perfect working condition etc. complete as required.
