RCC Intake Structure :- Construction of RCC Intake Structure (Open type):- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning ( to be approved by the competent authority) and Construction of RCC intake Structure minimum 4.0 mtr depth below GL ,having RCC structure, Roofing with RCC slab, Walk way/passage CI Rungs inside the structure from top to bottom and steel stair case from ground level to top of intake with connecting path having arrangement of chain pulley of capacity not less then 5.00 tonne for lowering the pumping machinary including dewatering, removal of silt and construction of temporary diversion weir at intake structure complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The contractor shall provide 3 sets of approved drawing and design with one soft copy to the department. ( Refer to Data Sheet No.1)
Design and construction ,Testing and commissioning of Water Treatment Plant 1.26 MLD for 24 hrs run:- Design, Construction, Installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plant 1.26 MLD based on Rapid sand filter including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per contour plan and structural requirements, cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical Electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arragements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah/khud/natural drainage, all types of valves, fittings and all contingent works at Baner Khad (Location) capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein.
The treatment plant includes C/O Inlet chambers,Raw water tank, Cascade Aerator,parshall flume, PST With tube settler, flash mixer, Clariflocculator , Rapid Sand Filter, back wash tank,clear water tank, Alum & Lime solution Tanks complete mixing arrangement and boundary wall with fencing Panels, drainage channel, interconnecting path (Minimum 1.20 metre wide) chemical house, chemical handling and feeding arrangements , Plant building comprising with office,(100.00sqmt. plinth area) . Providing and fixing of lightening arrangements (LED) lights made in the boundary unit of plant area, Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, proper walk way for Inspection/ operation of various units or any other unit or structure required to make plant fully functional. Sizes shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development (GOI) New Delhi. The design of various units shall conform to relevant Codes and specifications. All the hydraulic stuctuctures shall be designed and constructed in RCC M30 design shall be carried out as per Data sheet No. 2 specifications. All the structure shall be designed for uplift pressure encountred at footing as per contour plan uploaded, suitable protection structure shall be designed and provided to avoid direct entry of HFL water within treatment premises.On the completion of all civil,mechanical and electrical works, the contractor shall test and run the plant for 3 months ( Refer to Data Sheet No.2)
Automation of the Entire Project:- The tenderer/firm shall provide proposal for automation which comprises of (i) 1 Intake arrangement (ii) WTP OF 1.26 MLD capacity (iii) 1 Nos Pump house (iv) 1 Nos Main Balancing Reservoir (v) 7 Nos Sector Storage tank (vi) Providing and fixing various actuated valves of relevent class and dia as per relevant Data Sheet and technical specification shall be provided in all storage reservoirs at outlets and shall be automated in such a way that these are automattically operated at pre fixed hours/ time or any other logic decided by the department and operated from main SCADA centre at left Bank of Baner Khad Pump house. Electromagnetic flow meters of approved makes shall be provided at each storage reservoir outlets and its output in the shape of total quantum of water delivered in a hour day and month shall be generated at main control station. GSM based devices shall be installed at each tank location, which shall send massages through SCADA station at remote access location at sub division office Haripur.
This data transmission system at each tank consists of field instruments for providing digital and analog signals to data transfer module. This module will have a communication to web data transfer system modle communication. The PLC station will have control station with programmable graphic process, mimics, real time and historical trending face plate and group display, alarm management and report with Laser Jet printers and required furniture. At each tank locations controlling devices shall be installed with water meter sensors, flow transmitters, level transmitters in each tank. Installation of hardware along with commissioning/ programming as per user requirement shall be done. The firm has to submit detailed automation proposal incorporating all the hardware involved owing to above mentioned scope in the technical bid. The detailed automation proposal shall be got approved by the firm from CE Dharamshala . Firm has to incorporate all the inputs and outputs suggested by the department in the SCADA. The makes of Sluice valves shall be Kirloskar/Leader/KSB. The makes for Electrical actuators for automatic valves shall be Marsh/Auma/Rotex. The make for PLC shall be Siemens/Allen Bradly. The makes for Ultra Sonic level sensers shall be ABB/Siemens/E&H/Fobes Marshal. The makes for EM Flow meters shall be of Krohne Marshall/Siemens/ABB/SBEM/George Fishers/E&H.To automised the entire scheme up to junction points of all storage tanks and in data sheet no 9 &10 (Decision for finalisation of proposal lies with the department without assigning any reason) Refer Vol-II Technical specification & Data sheet No.:-9)
Pump House:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning of Pump House & Chowkidar Room near WTP including all allied Civil Works, Electrical works, internal lighting, Sanitary work, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls (3 mtr from the edge of each structure), Toilets, Septic Tanks, External Solar powered Street lighting, External landscaping, Fire Fighting arrangement, Gantry Crane of 3 tonne capacity, dewatering etc complete as directed by engineer in charge The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. PUMPING MACHINERY SUBMERSIBLE :-Supply of star rated enrgy efficient Submersible pumping set of KSB/Calama/ WPIL/ Crompton/BS/ SABAR/ Oswal/ Kirloskar make conforming to latest relevant BIS Code 8034:1976. The pump should be fitted with bronze impeller or suitable alloys suitable for handling Raw water having greased packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP & 2900/1450 rpm of reputed make conforming to BIS 9283-1979 latest with upto date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guards, erection clamps , cable clips, depth gauge NRV & Sluice valves of approved class etc. The work should be completed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in – Charge. Providing , laying, jointing & testing of bevelled ended GMSERW pipe with circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding ( welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) and testing of GMSERW pipe of following dia meters conforming to IS IS/ISO Code 3183-2012 with up to date ammendments, Grade L-290-X42 having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding required test pressure, including manufacturing and fabrication of reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe shall also include welding of 6% flanged joints and 94% butt welding in three layers (one inner two outer) and all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees, making bevelled pipe ends suitable for butt welding , lowering & laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing flanges i/c nut & bolts, gasket will be measured and paid for separately) . .The fabricated bends should have three or four cuts having of redius not less then 5 times of dia metrs of pipe. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani, Oerlikon/L&T of ISI make. The damaged portion of pipe if damaged during laying/jointing,operation of pipe all other special made for the parent tube shall be provided with anticrossibe treatnent or applying the coat of anticrossibe bitumen paint over coat as per AWWA specification C-203-1978. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as SS ladders inside and MS Laddersoutside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves, be included in the rates of tanks .complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .The contractor shall provide 3 sets of approved drawing and design to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions. Gaseous Chlorination alongwith Prefabricated Structure at MBR :- Supplying,errection and commissioning of gaseous chlorination plant at Main Storage Tank Sheera da Baroh (Bagrot) complete in all respect having chlorinator capable to deliver 0-2500 gm/hr of chlorine gas along with 2 No sets of 1W+1S Booster pump set of approved make with electric motor and 2 No sets of 1W+1S water piping from water main to booster pump . UV Tratment Plant :-Providing and Supplying of High Efficiency and Low Pressure LV Lamps, arranged concentrically and easily removable for 1.26 MLD WTP with 54 M3 /H operational flow. The system should have minimum lamp life of 14000 Hrs with calibrated UV intensity monitoring system of reference sensor quality. It should be microprocessor based control system with touch screen graphics abd automatic wiping system. The system should have optiDetect-quartz sleeve breakage detection and variable power output (Optidose) with minimum UV dose of 80mJ/cm2 MS-2 RED UVDGM and UV Transmittance should not be less than 85% and Turbidity handling should be minimum 10 NTU. Sluice valve, CI -Y type strainers, Bends, flanges, Rubber Gasket, Nuts & Boult, 3 Core insulated wire/ cable, Cable trays,welding for fixture & fittings (MS Angle, Plate cutting,etc). Servo stablizer of required KVA. Transporation and Labour Charges. Erection and Commissioning of all the plant equipments, mechanical and electrical items with all leads and lifts as per the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge .The system should have all compliance like Certificate : ONORM M5873-1 and UV Sensor: SO 20101. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(One cement : three Sand : six graded stone aggregate 40mm moninal size) with curing complete excluding the cost of form work in Retaining/wall & Breast/walls, , as per HPPWD specification as per direction of Engineer in charge within all leads and lifts.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(One cement : two Sand : four graded stone aggregate 40mm moninal size) with curing complete excluding the cost of form work in Retaining/wall & Breast/walls, , as per HPPWD specification as per direction of Engineer in charge within all leads and lifts.
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battons and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00mtrs. and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced and plain concrete work in:-
Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses etc.and the like complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.
P/F Fencing Pannel :- P/F Pannel fencing around storage tanks i./c 2nd class brick work ,15mm cement plaster& Manufacturing & Supply of Fencing Pannel of size 1.20 x 1.80 mm of Jali 25 x 25 mm welded to MS Black Tube 32 mm Dia. Dia of 14 guage with MS Flat Cover 20 x 3 mm , MS Hold Fast 7 No made out of MS Flat 32 x 5MM including cutting, welding, painting two coat of red oxide paint complete in all respect.
Road crossing and crossimng of pucca path i/c demolition below ground level upto 1.0 mtr depth, stone/boulder filling, p/l CC 1:3:6 in foundation and plinth, Digging of road for laying of MSERW/GI Pipe(Berms), digging of road for laying MSERW/ GI pipe (crossimgh of mettaled & tarrot road) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.( Refer to Data Sheet No.11)
