Negotiations will be held at the address indicated in the Data Sheet. The aim is to reach agreement on all

points and sign contract.

The negotiations will conclude with a review of the draft from the contract. To complete negotiations the

Client and the firm will initial the agreed contract. If negotiations fail. The client will invite the firm whose

proposal received the second highest score to negotiate contract.

Technical Proposal

We, the undersigned, offer to provide the consulting services for the above in accordance with your Request

for Proposal dated___________and our attained proposal. The Proposal which, we are hereby submitting

includes a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal. If selected to implement the services during the

validity period of (36 Months period), we undertake to negotiate the contract on the basis of the proposed

staff. Our proposal is binding upon us and subject to the modifications resulting from contract negotiations.
