Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including safe disposal of excavated earth as per direction of engineer inchargeand lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil 80 % + 20 % Hard Rock (Blasting Prohibited)

BROAD SCOPE OF WORK Construction of 8 lane 400 meter, Synthetic Athletic Track (IAAF approved Class II category) of World Athletics Specification, with a track of 8 Lane and 8 Straight Lines and 1 D's having Normal Stress Area with a minimum thickness of 13- 15mm of finished track surface, Medium Stress with a minimum thickness of 20mm of finished track surface, HI-Stress area with a minimum thickness of 25mm of finished track surface based on Sandwich System. The rate include all taxes and duties except custom exemption as applicable upto site from destination, and cost for the lane marking as per World Athletic Specification and Installation of Equipment’s like Pole vault with cover, Hammer & Discuss Throwing circle with cage net and poles, Shot put Ring with toe board, Aluminium Kerbing for Standard 400 mtr Track, Sleeves for events and equipment for steeple chase with barrier and Take off boards, blanking boards, stop board, as per IAAF/WAF Specification. The cost includes WAF/IAAF Class II certification and annual maintenance for FIVE years. The Broad scope of work shall include following but not limited to the operations enumerated below:- 1) Levelling of proposed site including filling of soil having CBR ≥ 5 with minimum thickness of 450 mm in the complete field area of 184 x 107 mtr and extra thickness wherever required. 2) Anti-weeding and Preparation of sub base and laying 200 mm thick WMM, 50 mm thick BM, 20 mm thick SDBC with VG-30 grade and a top layer of Sandwich System FOR MINIMUM AREA OF 5892 sqm 3) Construction of a Natural turf football field, inside track with drainage arrangements and other necessary Slopes as per FIFA Specifications over a layer of minimum 300 mm good earth and laying pipe line around ground for watering and Monoblock Pump of suitable capacity. 4) Construction of RCC covered Drain inside Track with Provision for safe disposal of Storm water as per Drawing Uploaded. 5) 1.80 mtr high Fencing around ground, made with 4.0 mmm G.I Chain link Fabric fencing in mesh size 50x50mm fixed to 50 x 50 x 6 mm MS angle in vertical (@1.80 m c/c), Horizontal (both at top & Bottom) & Diagonal direction and equal length of 40 x 5 mm MS Flat as per drawing uploaded. 6) The vertical angles of chain link fencing around Track area shall be fixed in RCC beam (300 x 450 mm) laid over PCC edge wall of minimum 1.0 mtr height as per drawing uploaded. 7) Providing 40 number MS Pipe 50 x 3 mm with all-weather Flags with J&K Sports council LOGO. 8) Laying 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern over 100 mm thick PCC mud mat for 3800 Sqm 9) Construction of Separate Change Rooms for Boys and Girls with attached Bathrooms/WC as per Drawing uploaded for 91.55 sqm area with septic Tank and Soakage pit. The work also includes Designing and Vetting of Structural Drawings of Change room from any IIT/ NIT/ Design Director before execution 10) Construction of Chowkidar Quarter and office room with attached Bathrooms/WC and kitchen as per Drawing uploaded for 50 sqm area. The work also includes Designing and Vetting of Structural Drawings of Change room from any IIT/ NIT/ Design Director before execution 11) Construction of main gates with RCC columns and MS tubular frame for main board cover with 4 mm thick ACP sheet FR garde and Fixing of LED light 3 D letters and sports council logo on main board with clear height of 14 feet as per direction of the Engineer in charge. 12) Construction of RCC Culvert over Canal with 7.5 mtr carriageway as per drawing uploaded. 13) Construction of Synthetic Volleyball court with same base and sub base layers as that for athletic track (80x50 feet). 14) Fixing of 60 no, 200 watt Flood lights with PC Lens (135 lm/watt) with pole around the Track and EXTRA 8 no. 200 watt Flood lights with PC lens (135 lm/watt) with pole around volleyball court with necessary wiring and switches. (4 lights to be fixed on each pole of 9 mtr height).with 05 years of warranty. 15) Construction of 90 mtr three-tier covered seating tiers with Kota stone flooring as per drawing uploaded. 16) Providing and fixing field competition equipment’s: • Long and Triple Jump facility • Water jump • Javelin Throw facility • Discus and Hammer throw facility • Pole vault facility • Shot put facility • High jump facility • Finish line • Steeple chase with water jump etc as required as per IAAF Test and Trial The scope of work also includes test of various construction material from approved laboratories and field tests during construction shall also be carried out as per norms and standards. The work shall be declared as completed satisfactorily only after satisfactory test Reports are received from IAAF accredited laboratories both for the material and for the finished work and class II certificate from WAF/IAAF. Rates should be including all the testing charges for IAAF certification i.e. IAAF Track Surfacing. No extra charges will be entertained in this regard. Note: - Codes and standards follows the current guidelines set forth by (International Association of Athletic Federations (IAAF) along with the current material testing guideline as published by the IAAF. The work shall conform to performance specifications for synthetic surfaced athletic track (outdoor) to meet the technical requirements for use in all international competitions, which shall be subjected to all laboratory and field tests.
