BROAD SCOPE OF WORK:- The work includes construction of Practice Pitch, Competition pitch, raising of front Boundary Wall and gate and repair of back side fencing, Repair of INDOOR Hall and pavilion, CONSTRUCTION OF RCC WATER SUMP TANK, Installation of auto popup Sprinkler System with maintenance for 3 years, repair of Cricket ground by way filling pots/depressions by way of Good earth to make ground playable, painting of Existing seating tier, Repair of boxing ring, office building, gym and utility rooms, Construction of Servo shed, Installation of CCTV cameras with AMC for 3 years with detail scope of work As per ANNEXURE A UPLOADED WITH NIT.

BROAD SCOPE OF WORK:- Development of centre for cricket excellence for cricket in Srinagar, Jammu, Anantnag and Udhampur. (Tender Amount = Rs. 372.40 lacs) 1. Hiring a Sports consultant empanelled with SAI for designing of excellence centre for cricket in Srinagar, Jammu, Anantnag & Udhampur as per the ECB Facility Briefs and Guidance Notes for Indoor Sports Halls with Cricket Provision. 2. Soil Investigation and Design of Prefab Hall with a minimum area of 4000sft suitable for 3 professional pitches as per latest Codes and vetting of Structural Drawings from NIT/ IIT/ Design Directorate within 15 days. 3. Submission of Vetted Structural and Architectural drawings along with detailed estimates to the Chief Engineer through the Executive Engineer Sports Construction Division Jammu/ Kashmir for Accord of Formal Technical Sanction. 4. The Hall shall be covered with Insulated HIRIB colour coated iron profile sheets 0.52 mm (+ 0.05 %) total painted thickness with under layer of 5 mm thick prefixed XLP insulation with aluminium foil having a minimum yield strength of 550 MPa with adequate provision of industrial Exhausts, Gutters and Ridge and rain water Pipes. 5. The walls shall be covered with Sandwich Puff Panel 50mm thick, external wall in galvanised steel 24G, internal wall in galvanised 24G external and internal coating in regular modified polyester coating in standard RAL shade. 6. The flooring and Nets shall be of European/ American make only with 5 years warranty and as per the specifications laid down in ECB Facility Briefs and Guidance Notes for Indoor Sports Halls with Cricket Provision. 7. All door, window & Ventilators shall be factory made uPVC white colour. 8. The sides of building shall have provision of Plinth Protection 900 mm wide and external development of compound. 9. The lights in the Hall shall have a minimum 1000 Lux level with adequate provision for maintenance of Lights. Moreover, all lights shall have a warranty of 5 years. 10. The Hall shall have provision for External Electric connection from Transformer with Provision for Electric Panel, Invertor with double Battery and Hot and cold water coller with RO water Purifier. 11. The Building Facilities should comply with the latest National Building Code and applicable local Building Regulations. Note all sample shall be got approved from the Engineer in charge before procurement. Moreover, any item not mentioned in the above scope of work but found necessary to make the Cricket Excellence centre functional shall have to be executed by the contractor without any extra cost.

Scope of Work : Electro-technical works including heating system (all weather) for toddler swimming pool including construction of change room and washroom and allied works Gindun Raj Bagh. 1. The building is to be constructed as per conceptual detail plans as per drawing attached as Annexure “A” with this document. 2. The existing toddler pool building is to be provided and fixed with 40mm thick puff panel as ceiling cover and 50mm thick puff panel in walls. This treatment is to be given to the machine room/change room and as proposed by site engineer prepared building as well. 3. The newly extended structure along with the existing toddler pool building is to be provided and fixed with ACP as per direction of the engineer in charge on the external face. 4. The entire wash room/change room blocksas in the drawing as per Annexure A) are to be provided with complete sanitary fittings which include tiling /granite work and necessary partitioning as per direction of the Engineer in charge. 5. This also includes complete disposal system i.e. soakage pit, manholes and septic tanks as per requirement along with water storage tanks and pumps and as instructed by Engineer In-charge. 6. The necessary filtration system which includes pressure tank filter, circulation pumps, dosing tanks and heating pumps of approved brandas required for all weather functioning of the pool as per direction of Engineer in charge. 7. Complete electrification which means lighting / other electric requirements for the system operation of the pool complete job as approved by Engineer in charge and required for successful functioning of the Project. 8. The dimensions of proposed construction may be adjusted/changed upto 05% with the project cost as per site requirement and as per direction of Engineer in charge due to site constraints if required. 9. This also includes main control panel and servo stabilizer as per requirements and the wiring for underwater lights. 10. This also includes complete maintenance and operation for a period of 18 months. 11. The design is to be got prepared by the contractor from any competent consultant and got vetted by 3rd partyi.e. (NIT, IIT, DIQC)
