The job includes complete decarbonization of the cylinder head, pistons, and intake/exhaust passages, along with machining tasks like head facing and valve seat cutting or grinding as required. Worn parts such as the head gasket, valve stem seals, manifold gaskets, injector washers, and other consumables are replaced. The cylinder head is then reassembled using proper torque settings, valve clearances are adjusted, and all fuel and coolant connections are restored. After reassembly, the engine is tested for smooth starting, proper compression, reduced smoke, and leakage-free operation, ensuring improved performance, better mileage, and reliable running of the vehicle.The job also includes Air-conditioning repair involves checking the compressor, condenser, evaporator, and refrigerant lines for faults or leaks, replacing damaged parts, vacuuming and recharging the system with gas, cleaning filters and coils, and finally testing the cooling performance to ensure smooth and efficient AC operation.The complete job includes cost of labour , tool and tackles charges, material charges and all kind of taxes.

Deployment of labour for maintenance of Split & Window Air Conditioners and operation of the package AC and re-installation of the equipment as per the requirement (With minimum deployment of 2 nos Skilled ,4 nos Semi-Skilled labour and suitable reliver in case of Rest and absence may be provided) in shift duty basis as per requirement as per instructions of EIC. (Skilled technician shall have ITI certificate in Refrigeration & Air conditioner Trade or Passed in Electrician Trade in ITI having Lineman/Workman Permit-MV or minimum 3 years experience in Air Conditioning maintenance work in both single phase & three phase AC for Skilled person. Having ITI certificate in Refrigeration & Air conditioner Trade or Passed in Electrician Trade in ITI having Lineman/Workman Permit-MV OR Minimum 1 years experience in Air Conditioning maintenance work in both single phase & three phase AC for Semi-Skilled person.) Special Terms : Atleast, 4 nos. Dry service and 01 no. wet service to be done per year for all the machines. Penalty terms : In case of non-deployment of the labour on any day, penalty @ Prevailing labour cost + 15% of the cost will be deducted as penalty

A) Routine checking and servicing (Preventive maintenance). i) Checking & servicing of all mechanical & electrical parts of the A.C.Machine, refrigerant system, condenser & cooling system etc. three times in each month. ii) Checking of performance of each machine, Load Current (Amp) , CFM, grill temperature¸ room temperature etc. on daily basis & these shall be noted, in Log Book. All entries be countersigned by the Agency and the concerned Junior Engineer in the Log Book. iii) In every month, the Outdoor unit should be thoroughly cleaned and washed by vacuum cleaner and jet spray. iv) All machine shall be numbered according to their location, made and as per direction of E.I.C & Log book be maintained accordingly. v) Cleaning of filters twice in each month. vi) Lubricating the bearing of the motor & fan as and when required vii) Checking the electrical incomer upto incoming M.C.B incl. starter, switches etc. in each month. Any fault located should be brought to the notice of the Asstt. Engineer & Junior Engineer immediately. viii) Checking & repairing of all parts which have not been specified but necessary to keep the machine satisfactory running condition. ix) Agency must be provide a trained attender for operation of ductable type AC machine. x) If any fire hazard occurred due to poor maintenance of the Split/Window/ductable split Air Conditioning machine, the liability will goes to solely on the concerned maintenance agency.
