Repair to the 15 TR capacity Ductable Air conditioning unit including allied works installed at Ortho OT of GMC&H Jammu by way of dismantling of the damaged compressor -01 No. of 7.5 TR capacity from package air conditioning unit after closing all required valves, disconnecting all electrical connections from the main panel and disengaging all piping connections etc. The job includes providing, fitting & installation of 01 No. new scroll compressor of 7.5 TR capacity (Danfoss/Emerson or any equivalent make) in place of the damaged compressor of the package unit, making all electrical connections, checking of alignments. Then performing the leakage test by applying soap water solution over condenser coils at leakage spot by way of copper brazing. Then checking of leakages in copper piping circuit by filling nitrogen gas in the system at a pressure of 1.5 times the operating pressure and holding the pressure for 24 hrs. The entire system is to be first tested at low pressure and then at high pressure to make sure that there are no more leaks in the system and then vacuumising the system with deep vacumising, up to 30 microns & charging of R-22 gas 16 Kg in the new installed compressor and topping up the other compressor of the package unit, maintaining required suction & discharge pressures. The job also includes replacement of damaged 03 No’s heating elements with fins of 3 KW capacity each, V-Belts in place of damaged ones and also replacement of damaged internal wiring of panel. Complete job includes cost of material, taxes, skilled labour charges, to and fro charges etc and testing of package air conditioning unit on full load after repairing the unit. Complete job
