Complete cleaning/Servicing and maintenance of4 No’s air cooled Chiller Plants installed for Air Conditioning of Library and Auditorium installed at the Terrace of GMC Jammu. The Job includes complete servicing of Chiller Plants by using chemical through Pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing an cleaning of sir filters drainage, line cleaning etc. The job also includes washing of condenser coil using chemical wash so as to remove the accumulated impunities /dirt / blockages. Extracting and fitting of Drier Filter by way of dismantling of old Drier Filter and cleaning it in cleaning agent and fitting it back. Recharging to the Air Cooled AC Chiller plants including allied works by way of testing leakage in the plants by filling Nitrogen gas in the system at a pressure of 1.5 times the operating pressure for 24 hours . First the entire system is tested at low pressure to make sure that there are no leaks and then high pressure is applied to the high side only and tested the system for any leaks. Further the leak is detected by smearing soap/chemical solution all over the joints and pipes and observing the bubble formation. If any leak is detected then its plugged by copper brazing/gas welding method This pressure testing is repeated until there are no more leaks. The system is vaccumised before charging the refrigerant gas for removing air and moisture from the entire system. The system of both the chiller plants is charged with 90 Kg (approx) of R-22 (Refrigerant gas). The job also includes testing of cooling of the AC chiller Plants on full load. The job includes Servicing of 10 No’s Split Air Conditioners by way of complete servicing of indoor and outdoor units by servicing with proper chemical through pump to remove unwanted dust from cooling coils and also washing of air filters. The job also includes Detection of leakages using Nitrogen and Soap Bubble test in piping circuit and brazing of the leaked spots in the Piping circuit and after rectification of the leaked spots, refilling of specified refrigerant in 05 No’s Air Conditioners. The job also includes Providing and Fitting of IDU PCB’s- 05 No’s, Capacitors- 07 No’s, New Compressors for 1.5 TR AC-03 No’s, ODU Fan Motors-03 Nos. The job also includes shifting of existing 1.5 TR Split AC’s- 03 No’s along with existing Voltage Stabilizers from one place to another designated place in the Hospital and refitting of the same at new designated place by fixing of wooden ply and allied works as per site requirement. The job also includes providing & fixing of extra Copper Cable of 2.5 sq.mm-150 meter (approx.) Repair/Servicing and Maintenance of 66TR Packaged Air Conditioning Units in WARD No.19 at Govt. SMGS Hospital Jammu. Servicing of blowers by way of alignment checking, strengthening to blower brackets and testing at site – 2 jobs. Complete servicing of IDU coil and ODU unit chemical or water, as per site requirement, through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainage, line cleaning etc. for at least two times at periodic interval- 4 jobs. Recharging compressors with 20 kg refrigerant-R410 gas – 1 job. Replacing of worn-out fan belts as per requirement- 6 nos. Repair of outdoor fan motors by way replacement/rewinding of old damaged/worn-out motors as per requirement – 2 nos. Replacing of worn-out/damaged PCBs as per sample- 1 nos. Complete servicing of IDU and ODU unit chemical or water, as per site requirement, through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainage, line cleaning etc. for at least two times in the season at periodic interval. - 4 jobs. Replacement of Controller card with remote – 2 nos. Replacement of fan belts by way of providing and fitting of new belts as per sample- 4 nos. Replacement of worn-out/damaged electrical wiring of electrical panel of IDU along with providing and fitting of contractors and protection/ monitoring relays as per site requirement – 1job. Replacement/rewinding of outdoor fan motors – 3 nos. Repair of worn-out/damaged blower motors including dismounting/dismantling and carriage to market for its rewinding/ strengthening and back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing – 2 nos. Replacement of compressor by way of dismantling of old/damaged compressor, installing of new compressor (Copeland Emerson/Danfoss/LG/Hitachi make only) as per sample and then leak detection test of the compressors line by way of flushing the line and holding pressure with nitrogen for 24 hours, rectification of the leakages and then vacuumizing of the refrigeration line with deep vacuumizing pump and then charging the compressors with refrigerant R-407 – 1 nos. Leakage detection and rectification of refrigerant pipes by way of flushing the line and holding pressure with nitrogen for 24 hours, rectification of the leakages by way of brazing of pipes and then vacuumizing of the refrigeration line with deep vacuumizing pump and then charging the compressors with refrigerant R-407 -21 kg to all the machines as per site requirement. Complete job also includes testing of system and rectification of any fault thereafter of package AC system. Complete job as per directions of Engineer-in-charge and includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification.
